The whole place looked grubby

It was a pleasant stay to serve our purpose in visiting Kannur.
Pros:

The property is within the proximity of the Kannur International Airport. It’s good for transient stay to connect to other parts of Kannur.
Staff and management tried to accommodate our request every time and responded timely. They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

A bit of a distant to Kannur city and other parts of the area. Amenities are limited and the surround’s are a bit confined.

Clean and friendly .

Cons:

Be good to have more menu options- food options. We were handed a menu and after looking at it we decided to order - when we started to - we were told there were n number of items unavailable. So why share a menu and make us order items when more than half the menu is unavailable?

Having said that / the staff did make something lovely for us.
