Pros:

Loved the infrastructure inside the building. Many places to eat. Really loved a spa treatment that goes with a discount for the guests of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I'd like to have some basic cookware for a short stays.

Местоположение, в номере было всё, и даже стиральная машина, плита, чайник, кофе и чай.

Завтрак, первый раз видел что нужно взятую яичницу и сосиску греть в микроволновке.

Clean and comfortable facilities (our room was actually an apartment).

Cons:

The staff was barely able to communicate in English. The position of the hotel is not really close to any point of interest in the city, but this is mainly due to the city itself: Astana has many, but distributed in a large area. If possible, try to arrange a taxi from the airport with the hotel before arriving, since taxi drivers will try to scam you.

Great hotel with reasonable price
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and patient. They helped with issues as best they could. The room was very clean and had everything i could ask for. I wished I could stay longer. The ladies at the reception are great.

Cons:

The breakfast menu needs an english translation. Some of the rooms don't have AC and that needs to be mentioned up front. However i had help when i needed it.

Очень удобное и красивое место, идеальна для длительного пребывания. На 22 этаже есть кофейня с прекрасным видом.
Pros:

Идеальное расположение, близко экспо, напротив ботанический сад, тц, собственная кухня

Cons:

Уборки нету оставалась на 4 дня ни разу не убрались. Воду и полотенца меняют по требованию. Могут беспокоить шумные соседи
