School Hostel, crossed with a leisure centre.
Pros:

The location is good, close to the beach and a couple of minutes' walk to the town centre. Parking is good as you'd expect in any leisure centre.

Staff were friendly and helpful and deserved to work in a far better venue as their customer service was exemplary for this hostel.

Cons:

Becareful of the glossy photos and the couple who are staged actors, this facility is literally a hostel, full of very young school groups, it is extremely basic, rooms aren't cleaned properly and outside the rooms the premises has the feel of a leisure centre at best. The food was OK, nothing great, served up in a mess hall following the theme of a school hostel.

Direi agghiacciante/oscneo/da brividi, non ho mai trovato un hotel così indecente, struttura che sembra un’ospedale psichiatrico fatiscente, pulizia inesistente, porte rotte, muffa sulla porta,odori molto sgradevoli ecc…
La camera che ci è stata assegnata non era nemmeno stata rifatta, letto rifatto ma con le lenzuola e copricuscino sporchi, asciugamani non sostituiti e phone rotto,dicono sia stato un problema di comunicazione tra staff e reception ma ci credo poco. Abbiamo fatto presente la sporcizia che c’era in camera e sono venuti a sistemare la camera ma è stato necessario supervisionare l’attività poiché ogni volta che le addette alle pulizie arrivavano con le lenzuola o qualsiasi altra cosa dalla “LAVANDERIA” c’erano macchie di sudore o ben altro. Se non credete alle mie parole guardate le foto
Non sono solito a fare recensioni ma mi sento in dovere di informarvi che questo ospedale andrebbe chiuso definitivamente, ristrutturato e poi riaperto.
Mi spiace solo per il personale che ci lavora perché ovviamente si sentono le lamentele loro e non chi dovrebbe veramente

Nel complesso non male, molto animato per la presenza di molti bambini/ragazzi, struttura particolarmente datata.
Pros:

Staff molto gentile posizione centrale sia per la città e a 3/4 km dal circuito di Misano

Cons:

Camera sporca, struttura vecchia rispetto al prezzo pagato (weekend della gara di MOTOGP)

I servizi nel complesso sono tanti, possibilità di fare molti sport. Bella la piscina ed il lido è molto attrezzato. Animazione molto buona. Anche il cibo non è affatto male per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Troppi bambini nella struttura spesso maleducati specie durante pranzo e cena. Ci vorrebbe piu controllo

Pros:

La struttura ha uno spazio esterno molto bello con area bimbi piscina e campo da calcio

Cons:

Struttura molto molto sporca e con camere fatiscenti, copriletti macchiati federe che non c’erano, porta posate sporchissimo. Veramente indecente.
Se avessi dovuto passare più notti avrei cambiato immediatamente struttura.

È una struttura adatta più che altro ad oratori/gruppi sportivi ecc, quindi frequentato da comitive di ragazzini rumorosi, e l'ambiente è di conseguenza caotico
