Pros:

Don't know why this hotel has too many bad reviews. We had very nice stay there. Our room was on the very top floor with absolutely stuning view. Equipment was basic but room newly renovated, confy and big enough. Also breakfasts were great. We met morning/breakfast staff whi was helpfull and kind.

Cons:

Bit weird is need to book and pay parking via horrible hotel website which looks like from bad fantasy story.

Mn de stijl van de meubels viel ons op. Had iets koninklijks…..altijd handig zo met koningsdag…👍

Cons:

Jammer dat er op loopafstand geen restauratieve faciliteiten aanwezig zijn. Verderop wel uitstekend gegeten

Pros:

Nous avons adoré la vue sur la montagne et la situation géographique . Rien de plus....

Cons:

L'accueil quasi inexistant , juste un support téléphonique car nous n'avions pas nos clés lors de notre arrivée , car nous ne nous étions pas acquitté du règlement à l'avance de nos 2 petits chiens . Au passage 2 x 20 francs suisse ( Jamais égalé )
Un autre couple de Canadien était dans la même situation pour non règlement du parking pour la nuit !!!
La propreté de la chambre laissant à désirer et une couette souillée et perforée ( photo à l'appui )
Nous n'avons même pas osé utilisé le jacuzzi ...
Le petit déjeuner très moyen et aucun produit réfrigéré !!! Non respect de la chaine du froid .... c'est trop...

Very bad experience. Never book this hotel !

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I was unexpectedly charged 100 Swiss francs for my baby, a fee that was never mentioned at the time of booking. When I raised the issue and explained that this was unfair, the staff responded by telling me to either pay or leave, which I found extremely unprofessional.

Additionally, I noticed that other guests were also complaining about the staff’s rude behavior and overall lack of hospitality, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Мне очень понравилось место и расположение отеля , мы были на машине нам было удобно добраться , шикарный номер с потрес

Отличный отель в очень живописном месте в горах , если вы планируете уехать в Лайтебрунен и в горы и посетить озера это идеальное место для вашего путешествия, рекомендую !

Добавил бы разнообразнее завтрак

Heeft betere tijden gezien
Pros:

Locatie, uitzicht.

Cons:

Jacuzzi op balkon ziet er wel leuk uit op de foto, maar wat je dan niet ziet is het geluid en de sigarettenrook van de buren, die nog net niet bij je op schoot zitten. Bij onze jacuzzi waren de stralen ook veel te heftig om comfortabel te kunnen chillen en de draaiknoppen om de intensiteit mee af te stellen deden het niet. Ontbijt was adequaat, maar luidruchtige Russische aso gasten maakten dat ook minder aangenaam. Personeel was enkel aanwezig tijdens het ontbijt. Onze "prive wc" was op de gedeelde gang.
