I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and the bed was uncomfortable. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay even worse. To top it off, the reception staff and employees were rude and unprofessional.

Très bon emplacement pour randonnée dans la région.
Kiental très beau village.
Lit et couettes super! Très confort.

Petit déjeuné simple, continental, mais efficace.

Cons:

On aurait apprécié avoir au moins un petit frigo dans la chambre pour mettre au frais nos provisions (car pas de possibilité de se restaurer sur place)

Pas de gel douche et shampooing.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, l'emplacement de la chambre qui a été respecté en fonction de la demande.
Le personnel, que nous n'avons pas beaucoup vu mais réactif aux demandes et très poli avec une bonne compréhension !
Le petit-déjeuner avec plusieurs propositions pour différents goûts.
Ainsi que la décoration de la chambre qui a un côté vintage mais est vraiment sympathique !

(Nous vous proposons comme suggestion d'installer des caméras au niveau des couloirs car nous avons été surpris un soir aux alentours de 21h, une personne qui a essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre, heureusement elle était fermée à clé mais nous avons pris peur malgré tout.
Des travaux de rénovations dans la chambre, des fissures et des trous commencent à se former au niveau des murs : je joins des photos)

Cons:

L'isolation sonore laisse à désirer, malheureusement nos voisins de chambre n'étaient pas des plus considérants.

Les matelas et les coussins sont très durs, et il est dommage que le lit d'une chambre double soit constitué de deux matelas simples rassemblés. Même s'ils sont parfaitement alignés, ce qui n'était pas notre cas, l'espace du milieu rend difficile une nuit à deux.

Location and the jacuzzi were great, the rooms were clean and beautiful

Cons:

The breakfast room closes at 9:30, which is pretty early in my opinion, but on top of that, they already start taking away the breakfast food at 9:10/9:15, so that makes it even earlier. When I booked it, the breakfast was supposed to be open until 10:00 and in reality it was 9:15; too early

Perfekt, als Entspannungsurlaub. Würde wegen dem Whirlpool definitiv wieder kommen.
Pros:

Mein absolutes Highlight war der eigene Whirlpool im Hotelzimmer, beziehungsweise auf der Terrasse.
Ich war noch nie in meinem Leben in so einem tollen und schönen Whirlpool. Die Temperatur war perfekt, man hat kein bisschen gefroren.

Der Ausblick auf die Berge und die Ruhe im Gebäude und in der Umgebung waren auch toll. Für mich als introvertierter Mensch sehr angenehm, da alles kontaktlos und menschenleer war.

Cons:

Die Auswahl vom Frühstück war etwas mickrig. Keine Brötchen zum Beispiel, der Joghurt war sehr flüssig (stand vermutlich zu lange oder zu oft draußen)
Die Lage war zwar schön, aber weit vom Schuss. Man muss ein gutes Stück fahren, wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte.
