Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haydarpasha Palace und können dieses Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Essen war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Mehmet Alp Chef und sein Team im Restaurant. Sie waren jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert. Man hat sich vom ersten Tag an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein so herzlicher Service macht den Urlaub noch schöner.

Auch das gesamte Hotelpersonal war immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Poolbereich, der Strand und das Unterhaltungsprogramm waren ebenfalls hervorragend.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team des Haydarpasha Palace für den unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

فندق جميل من الخارج، لكن مستوى الخدمة والنظافة والصيانة لا يبرر سعر الإقامة، ولن أكرر الحجز فيه

أود مشاركة تجربتي بكل شفافية، وأتمنى أن تؤخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار لتحسين مستوى الخدمة.

للأسف، كانت إقامتي دون التوقعات للأسباب التالية:

* كانت رائحة الطعام في الطابق الخامس قوية ومزعجة بشكل مستمر.
* لا تتوفر خدمة الغرف؛ فعند طلب مشروبات تم إبلاغي بأنه يجب النزول إلى الأسفل للحصول عليها بنفسي.
* في يوم المغادرة، اتصلت بمكتب الاستقبال مرتين لطلب المساعدة في نقل الحقائب، ولم يجب أحد على الاتصال، مما اضطرني إلى حمل الحقائب وإنزالها بنفسي.
* طلبت سريراً للأطفال، لكن الذي تم إحضاره كان قديماً وغير نظيف، ولا يليق بمستوى أي فندق.
* طلبنا مياه للشرب وأكياس قهوة في الساعة 11:00 صباحاً، ولم يتم إحضارها إلا حوالي الساعة 5:00 مساءً بعد عدة اتصالات ومتابعات.
* الغرفة قديمة وتحتاج إلى صيانة شاملة. والأخطر من ذلك أنه أثناء نومنا سقط جزء من ديكور ظهر السرير على رؤوسنا، وهو أمر كان من الممكن أن يتسبب بإصابة خطيرة.
* نظافة المصاعد كانت غير مرضية.
* تقييمي لنظافة الغرفة هو 4/10.
* الوسائد غير مريحة ولا تساعد على الحصول على نوم جيد.
* طلبت غطاء لحاف، وكان الرد بأنه لا تتوفر لحافات أو بطانيات بسبب فصل الصيف، رغم أن احتياجات النزلاء تختلف من شخص لآخر.
* العزل الصوتي بين الغرف والممرات ضعيف جداً، حيث يمكن سماع جميع الأصوات داخل الغرفة، مما أثر على الراحة والخصوصية.
* لا تتوفر مستلزمات أساسية مثل الشامبو، وفرش الأسنان، ومعجون الأسنان.
* السعر مبالغ فيه مقارنة بمستوى الخدمات والتجهيزات المقدمة.

بناءً على هذه التجربة، لن أكرر الحجز في هذا الفندق مستقبلاً، ولا يمكنني التوصية به ما لم يتم تحسين مستوى الخدمة، والاهتمام بالنظافة، ورفع معايير السلامة وجودة الصيانة.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean and good in size, you can reach restaurants and pools without walking too much. The hamam is nice, but slightly over priced, and the people working there are a bit too pushy to sell their services.

Food was ok, some drinks were quite nice. The daily ice cream was a nice touch. The few themed parties we attended were good, especially the DJ was excellent. The room was very spacious with lots of storage space for clothes, two balconies and two bathrooms, which was great for our family of five.

The main pool was large, water slides were good enough. Indoor pool was a nice surprise, it was also quite big and a nice place to cool down from the heat. Location is good as it is walking distance from many shops.

All in all, it was an ok stay for us, but not good enough for us to return. Compared to some other resorts, this was not up to our standards.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were many things that put us off during our stay. During check in, nobody told us about the hotel and the area, the different restaurants, areas, hamam, kids play area - we found these out ourselves after some days. There was barely any greenery in the hotel area, no park or garden to walk around.

The rooms had no blankets, we had to call reception several times to get anything close to a proper blanket. The mini bar was not stocked until day 4.

The queueing situation at meal times was just not right. There are very long queues, with people cutting in between, and by the time you make it to your table, the food is cold. Many resorts use visitor data to improve their services - this hotel really needs to study which foods are popular, and then add serving stations for those. Most of the food was quite oily. We ended up eating the few same safe choices every day. There were quite less options for kids.

Another massive negative side was the sun bed situation by the pools. Apparently people get up before 8am to reserve the beds with their towels, which is forbidden in the rules but not enforced by the hotel. We almost never found a single free bed after breakfast, so we had to go to the beach or leave our bags on the floor. This issue really needs to be solved. People reserved a group of 5 or 6 beds and then never returned - in the meanwhile our family of 5 could find maybe 1 random chair far from the pool and had to share that.

The beach had more space, but unfortunately the water was really dirty. It wasn't only the muddy sea bed, there were actual pieces of plastic and other trash floating around. The area was also quite small, and the water sports guys kept playing music from their boats very loud. Same was by the pool.

Another complaint is that people openly and excessively smoked everywhere, including by the kids pools and outside on the terrace where people are having food.

Pros:

Wszystko było super, w szczególności kuchnia bardzo tóżnorodna w której każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, bardzo dobrze rozwiązany dostęp do basenów, były strefy dla dzieci i tylko dla osób dorosłych, jedzenie i napoje dostępne całą dobę, brak walki o leżaki dla każdego były dostępne , przy plaży zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci i dorosłych. Wszędzie prysznice żeby się opłukać, bardzo czyste łazienki. Bardzo dużym plusem był przy plaży nieduży lunapark dostępny dla gości hotelowych i amfiteatr gdzie codziennie odbywały się różnorodne wydarzenia artystyczne.

Cons:

Śmieci w morzu ale to nie wina hotelu tylko raczej nas wszystkich.

Hotel til topkarakter. Personale ved aktiviteterne elendige. 9 ud af 10 forstår ikke engelsk

Hotellet var virkelig smukt.

Cons:

Personalet ude ved pool området særligt animation folket tog på ingen måder ansvar. Selvom der vsr skilte som viste åbne og lukke tider kunne ting være lukkede. Når man spurgte personalet vidste de intet. En prøvede at fortælle os at det ikke var tyrkisk tid der fremgik af skiltene men “world time”. Hvad end det så er. Personalet ude ved pool områderne tog desværre ikke ansvar. Jeg savnede også livreddere ved indendørs pool området.
