Room was dirty bugs crawling around I went to front desk that night the lady that was there was super nice and she told me to go down and speak to the morning manager he was beyond rude tried to talk down to me but I had to let him know I’m highly educated and as a black women I demand respect if I’m talking to you respectfully I expect the same
All of the above if it wasn’t for the fact that there was not enough options available for me to move and I had other family members staying there for our family reunion I would’ve left there fast quick and in a heartbeat
Breakfast was yummy with mini waffles and juice and coffee.
Great location, affordable, great staff.
Our room smelled like musty mildew so bad our clothes reeked when we got home and unpacked. I told my husband I hoped we didn’t end up with legionnaire’s disease.

Het was vies, oude spullen, douche die niet werkt en het personeel was alles behalve meedenkend. Er werd niet schoongemaakt en er zou iemand komen voor de douche die niet is geweest.
It was super close to everything, food, gas, some shopping.
The pool was closed for repair or maintenance so that was mildly disappointing but we lived :) joking aside, the only thing I can say we didn’t like was the “view” was literally the concrete from the car port. Could not see outside at all. But it ended up becoming a running joke so wasn’t really an issue
Clean and spacious
Someone tried to come into our room before check out. (Cleaners - a man) Around 10am. Our check out time was 12pm. They keep banging on the door and would not leave. Definitely felt our privacy was invaded when we repeated asked them to leave and they came back trying to get back in.

Not much of anything
The staff over charging me without my permission over 130 dollars, other rude guest, rude manager that was lying and deceiving, and them saying “the pool is open” and closing it within 30 minutes of me being here.
The only thing I liked was the location was close alot of restaurants
Well 2 am the smoke alarm was blaring because someone was smoking weed. Which made my asthma flare. Then the smoke alarm shut the elevator down, so running up and down the 8 flights of stairs made my asthma flare worse. Then being made to pay up front. If that's the case, I'm never using comfort again. I should have went to the hospital this morning so maybe shit would have been paid. Very dissatisfied. My wife stripped our bed because she's a nurse, and the mattress topper was piss stained.
As soon as you walk into the hotel, gambling machines were visible in the lobby, which led us to believe this hotel was not a family-friendly hotel. Additionally, the room smelled, the AC/heating unit made a loud noise the entire time, the duvet cover was dingy, and the bathroom floors were sticky. The room had poor lighting and our room key quit working several times over the duration of our stay. I would not stay here again.
