Great Value and Service for Umrah Travelers
Pros:

We had a great experience staying at New Level Hotel - Alshisha. The staff and front desk were extremely helpful throughout our stay — always friendly and responsive. While the hotel doesn’t seem to offer daily room service by default, the team was quick to act whenever we requested room cleaning, fresh sheets, or trash removal. Every request was met without hesitation, which we really appreciated.

The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the Jamarat station, which made commuting easier — though it's also within walking distance if you prefer. There are plenty of food options nearby, so meals were never an issue.

Even though it's farther from Masjid Al Haram, the comfort, cleanliness, and helpful staff made this a pleasant and stress-free place to stay during our Umrah. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a more affordable yet accommodating option in Makkah.

Not happy about this service. I was working for four three to receive my room. Washroom is very poor. What about the picture I saw in the online I didn’t found that washroom. You should give me money back.
