This is a love motel but didn’t feel seedy at all. I really appreciated the spacious room (impossible to find in Seoul!) for a very fair price. There’s many restaurants nearby and public transport can easily get you wherever you need to be. Staff spoke English. The bed was big (also rare in Korea!) and there was a free coffee machine downstairs.
The hotel is more weathered than most in Korea/could use an update (especially hallway areas). I personally didn’t mind, but if you prefer modern/pristine places you will not like this hotel.
The room was definitely clean, but because the hotel is outdated, I think many would feel it’s not up to their hygienic standards (for example some mold in the grout of the bathroom tiles).

Not much
Check-in/ check-out is super easy and quick. The front desk doesn’t really speak English but I just gave them my name and they got us all set up. Checkout is a return box in the elevator. The room was quite spacious and the “deluxe” room we got had a large shower with a tub and a separate room for the toilet which was a plus! Room service came in everyday to clean, make the bed, and replenish the disposables (toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine wipes, toilet paper, towels, and hand soap). We also had a bidet on our toilet (our first experience with a bidet but now we’re buying one for our home!). As stated in another review, it is a “love” hotel so there are extra “amenities” included in the disposables for those who want to use it. The area was amazing! There are two 7-elevens near to refill your t-money card for public transport and get snacks if necessary. There are so many restaurants and cafes that are not even on the map so ditch the NAVER app and take a walk around to find somewhere to eat! My partner and I loved GogiSalon (an all you can eat Korean BBQ right around the corner), Twosome Cafe (also around the corner), and Geumsudonga (a pork katsu place down the street a couple blocks). The hotel is situated about an hour bus ride out of the main part of Seoul but because of that the surrounding area is very quaint and a lot of folks don’t speak English. Don’t let that scare you, get your Papago out and start translating or use the order kiosks at most places!
There were very minor cosmetic issues with our room like: the wallpaper had some stains and the caulking in most places could use a redo, but overall a great stay. Also, because we came in the winter, we couldn’t use the tub as they were worried about folks leaving water in them and then freezing over since it had happened before.
The facility is very run down, mold everywhere, and my bed sheets had dust on them. The staff are not great at responding either. This is also a motel, not a hotel. 12 minute walk from the subway.

To make it short. If you have a business tour you should not book this. Its simple a love hotel. We have a terrible experience with them and on same day we have to book another hotel and have to move from this place.
Dirty Mattress, Stains on pillows, Hairs all around in washroom.
Not suitable for business trips.
The property was massive. There was a 2 person jaccuzi as well as a smart tv that you can watch Netflix or YouTube on. The room came equipped with A/C and the staff were very polite and helpful. Location is ideal as it’s not overcrowded and only a 20min bus ride from more popular areas. There are many shops nearby which makes the location great.
