Je n’ai pas l’habitude de mettre une note si basse à un hôtel, car chaque hôtel a ses petits défaut mais celui ci en avait beaucoup trop. Premièrement nous avons trouvé des cheveux lorsque nous sommes arrivé (sur le sol), ensuite le lavabo était bouché, la douche se bouchait sans cesse, la clim avait de la moisissure (miam l’odeur), notre chambre se trouvais juste à côté de l’escalier et qu’est ce que c’est bruyant et mal isolé. Obligé de se créer des boules quies. Ensuite, lorsque nous prenons un hôtel c’est pour avoir le service d’un hôtel donc ménage, et papier wc /savon. Le ménage a été fait seulement le premier jour, pas le deuxième, pas le troisième. D’ailleurs le troisième jour les femmes de ménage sont rentré dans notre chambre en nous voyant nous préparé sans dire pardon ni rien du tout. Un seul papier wc durant notre séjour on a fini par aller en acheter nous même.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas génial d’ailleurs les jus de fruit avait le goût d’alcool je ne sais pas si ils avaient tournés ou si il y avait de l’alcool précédemment dans les récipient.
Nous payons plus de 100 euros la nuit en plein mois d’août, OK c’est une période touristique et tout est cher mais on s’attend à un minimum de confort au vue du prix.

Excellent sea view from room 304.
Spacious, modern and new room.
Very comfortable Bed.
New and effective air conditioning.
Balcony was always shaded, which was a huge plus during hot days.
Excellent location in Ksamil.
Overall, everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast could be much better.
No proper coffee, only some kind of coffee drink.
Not much meat available, Sausages were not very good.
Juice had chemical taste.
There was a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee was provided.

O vacanță relaxantă
Pros:

Distanță mică până la plajă, magazine și restaurante la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos. Paturi și perne super confortabile, lenjerii și prosoape curate. Plata se face la proprietate cash sau card. Am avut una din camere cu vedere la mare 🥰 Doamna de la proprietate super amabilă, aș reveni cu drag.

Nagyon kedvesek voltak a tulajdonosok, bőséges reggeli, pád perc séta a tengerparttól és a városközponttól, mégis nagyon csendes. A balkonunkról kilátás a tengerre.

Am avut o ședere excelentă la Hotel Renato! Priveliștea de pe balcon este absolut uimitoare și a fost momentul nostru preferat din fiecare zi. Personalul este deosebit de amabil și mereu dispus să ajute cu zâmbetul pe buze. În plus, locația este perfectă, fiind foarte aproape de plaje și de magazine. Recomand cu drag acest hotel!

Ми залишилися дуже задоволені нашим перебуванням у цьому готелі — однозначно 10/10! ⭐️

Особливо хочеться відзначити ставлення персоналу та власників. Заселення у нас було заплановане на 12:30, але ми приїхали дуже рано, приблизно о 06:30. Ми розуміли, що доведеться чекати, але власники були дуже доброзичливими: запропонували нам каву та круасан, поки ми чекали на номер, а вже приблизно о 07:00 нас заселили. Це було дуже приємно після дороги.

Сам готель дуже чистий і затишний. У номері був кондиціонер та балкон. Сніданки також дуже смачні, подавали їх з 08:00 до 10:00.

До моря йти приблизно 5 хвилин, тому розташування нам теж дуже сподобалося.

Загалом у нас залишилися лише позитивні враження. Велике дякуємо власникам і персоналу за гостинність та чудове ставлення до гостей! Якщо повернемося сюди ще раз, то точно зупинимося саме в цьому готелі. Рекомендуємо! ❤️
