super séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Ksamil. Il est idéalement situé, tout est facilement accessible à pied. La chambre était très spacieuse, grande, magnifique et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner, qui était bon et varié.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter pour son emplacement, le confort de ses chambres et la qualité de son accueil.

Cons:

Pour les points à améliorer, il n’y a pas de volets dans la chambre et, celle-ci étant probablement exposée plein sud, la lumière entre très tôt le matin. Des rideaux plus occultants seraient un vrai plus. L’isolation phonique pourrait aussi être améliorée, car on entend assez facilement les bruits provenant du couloir de l’immeuble.

Camera a fost ok, patul confortabil.

Cons:

Personalul destul de agresiv, nu știau limba engleză, foarte greu a fost să comunicăm cu ei. O singură doamnă știa engleză, care ne a și întâmpinat când ne am cazat, dansa a fost foarte drăguță și amabilă cu noi. În schimb proprietarul este foarte agresiv, seara am stat să ne relaxăm la terasă și a stat lângă noi și ne a pândit, ne obliga să plecăm în camere la culcare, trebuia să vorbim în șoaptă să nu cumva să l deranjăm. Nu ne au pus niciodată gel de duș la baie, deși am rugat de câteva ori asta, a trebuit să ne cumpărăm de acolo ca să putem să ne spălăm. Hârtie igienică la fel, a trebuit să cerem. Când trăgeai apa la wc, sărea apa în afara tronului, se făcea lac în baie. Localizarea nu este tocmai ok, e ceva de mers până la plaja. Micul dejun sărac și același în fiecare zi.

Hotel Renato (4–9 Temmuz Konaklaması)

4–9 Temmuz tarihleri arasında bu otelde konakladık.

Otelin en büyük avantajı konumu. Deniz manzarası oldukça güzel ve Lori Beach ile Paradise Beach'e yaklaşık 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde olması

Bizi karşılayan hanımefendi ise çok güler yüzlü, samimi ve yardımseverdi. Kendisine ilgisi için özellikle teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Kahvaltı lezzetliydi ancak organizasyon yetersizdi. Biten ürünler zamanında tamamlanmıyor, bazı yiyeceklerin gelmesi uzun sürüyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltıda zaman zaman çeşitlilik azalabiliyordu.

Odalar yalnızca 3 günde bir temizleniyor ve banyo havluları da aynı sıklıkta değiştiriliyor. Deniz tatili yapılan bir bölgede havlular her gün ıslandığı için bu uygulamayı yetersiz bulduk. En azından havlu değişiminin günlük yapılması misafir memnuniyetini artıracaktır.

Oda özelliklerinde çay ve kahve makinesi bulunduğu belirtilmesine rağmen odada yoktu. Talep ettikten sonra basit bir kahve makinesi getirildi. Mini bar tamamen boştı; en azından kişi sayısına göre her gün birkaç şişe su bırakılması beklenirdi.

Odaya girişte kişi başına yalnızca bir adet duş jeli ve şampuan bırakılıyor. Konaklama boyunca bunlar yenilenmiyor. Bir otelden beklenen temel hizmetlerden biri olan bu ürünlerin düzenli olarak tamamlanması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.


Genel olarak konumu ve manzarası başarılı olsa da, hizmet kalitesi ve misafir ihtiyaçlarına yaklaşımı beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Bu eksiklikler giderildiği takdirde çok daha iyi bir otel olabilir.
