如果有机会回到格雷梅，会再次选择这家酒店
Pros:

所有员工都非常友善，前台，打扫卫生的阿姨等等所有人都充满善意，给予我最大的帮助，房间性价比也很高，价格不贵但是能享受很不错的房间。早餐也非常好吃，地理位置也不错（就是需要爬坡），但好像所有酒店或多或少都要爬坡hhh。

Lhôtel est parfaitement bien placé, proche du centre. La piscine est un plus. L'accueil a été très bien et le manager a été accessible et nous a bien aidé pour les différentes visites et marches à faire

Great location, great staff
Pros:

We have had a brilliant stay at Rustic caves, the location was perfect. 5 minute walk from the centre and great view for seeing the balloons on the roof top first thing in the morning. The staff were amazing Mustafa on reception couldn’t be more helpful and Gamze greeted us every morning for breakfast, smiling and couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic stay and would Hugh recommend

Assolutamente tutto perfetto, la reception sia di giorno che di sera sempre presente e pronta a soddisfare le tue richieste, la colazione e le signore presenti al buffet cordiali e proponevano ottime torte e colazione turche. Ottimo il livello di pulizia. Vicinissimo al centro di goreme, all'open air Museum che abbiamo raggiunto in 15 minuti di comoda passeggiata e ad alcune valli percorribili con trekking. La ciliegina sulla torta è la presenza della piscina che ti dà la possibilità di riempire i tempi vuoti o di rilassarti dopo una passeggiata. Bravissimo il ragazzo del pool bar.

La habitación era amplia, estaba limpia y la cama era súper cómoda la verdad. La piscina muy chula, pena que solo la pudimos utilizar un día por tema del viaje...

Si un pero he de poner es respecto a la bañera... No tenía mampara ni cortina, entonces al ser bañera tipo jacuzzi, está muy bien si te quieres bañar, pero para ducharte tenías que ir con mucho cuidado de no mojar todo el baño

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore della Cappadocia

Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto. L’hotel è nuovo, molto bello, curato e si vede che c’è grande attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione per noi è stata perfetta: si trova appena fuori dal centro di Göreme, a circa due minuti a piedi, abbastanza vicino per raggiungere tutto comodamente ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal traffico e dal rumore delle strade principali.

Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato il personale. Tutti sono stati incredibilmente gentili e disponibili: i ragazzi della reception, le signore delle pulizie e soprattutto quelle della colazione, davvero fantastiche, simpatiche e premurose. Ci siamo sentiti veramente accolti e coccolati durante tutto il soggiorno. Una mattina, avendo un transfer molto presto, ci hanno persino preparato la colazione in anticipo apposta per noi, gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.

Anche la colazione ci è piaciuta moltissimo. Per noi non è stato sempre facile trovare in Turchia una colazione adatta ai nostri gusti, mentre qui ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. C’era tantissima scelta, sia dolce che salata, e una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è che molti dolci venivano preparati direttamente dalle signore della colazione. Le abbiamo viste impastare, infornare e preparare tutto sul momento, cosa che rendeva la colazione ancora più buona e genuina.

Sono stati eccezionali anche nell’organizzazione di transfer ed escursioni. Ci hanno prenotato i transfer per l’aeroporto di Nevşehir a un prezzo di circa 10 € a persona e, tramite la reception, era possibile organizzare praticamente qualsiasi tipo di tour o attività in Cappadocia. Si sono occupati direttamente di tutte le prenotazioni, rendendo tutto davvero semplice e comodo.

Bellissima anche la terrazza della colazione, dalla quale al mattino si possono vedere le mongolfiere volare sopra Göreme.

Cons:

In realtà non c’è stato praticamente nulla che non ci sia piaciuto. L’unico piccolo aspetto negativo è stato un cattivo odore che si sentiva in bagno. È comunque un dettaglio che non ha assolutamente rovinato il soggiorno, che nel complesso è stato davvero ottimo.
