В целом нормальный отель, добродушный персонал, даже помогли вернуть вещи, которые я забыл, и потом подождали, пока их заберут. Приятные люди, негатива нет.
В номере приличная кровать, кондиционер выглядит странным, но в целом работал.
Очень достойный завтра, рекомендую. В целом на ночь остановиться - нормально, на 3-4 дня уже сложнее

Cons:

В ванной все вместе - душевая и туалет. Оставили зубную пасту и мыло - это хорошо. Но, конечно, ванна - цена и качество, не стоит рассчитывать на чудо
Еще из минусов - шумный и горячий холодильник, с ним сложном спать.

Around the hotel, got a few convenience stores that you can buy some stuff.

I stay a few days, only i few not convenient is not too many restaurants around the hotel.

Pros:

Радушный приём. Сытный завтрак. Рядом несколько продовольственных магазинов и несколько автобусных остановок. До метро 20 минут пешком.

Доброжелательные гостеприимнве хозяева. С утра не по их вине не было воды, но постарались сгладить ситуацию. Порадовали детей вкусняшками)
