Pros:

Beautiful location, spacious rooms with great views, and incredibly kind and caring staff. A short drive or bus ride away from Brunico. The perfect location to stay.

Pros:

Olaszországban félve foglalod el a szállodai szobát, nem tudod valóban azt kapod-e, amit ígérnek. A szoba, a tulajdonosok szuperek volt, egy kiégett izzót rögtön cseréltek, van transzfer a sípályára reggel és vissza délután is. Működő wi-fi. Az egyik nap kirándultunk, kaptunk buszbérletet a recepción, a szállóvendégeknek ingyenes Bruneckben a tömegközlekedés, így az autóhoz elutazásig hozzá sem kellett nyúlni. Bruneckre érdemes legalább egy fél napot rászánni, a síelés kárára is. Kronplatz is meglepett, nagy pálya, mindenki megtalálja a neki tetsző nehézségűt, sajnos délutánra elég rossz lesz a hó, igaz ez ma már mindenhol így van. Összességében nagyon megérte az a plusz párszáz km Obertauern - Turrach - Kreischberg helyett.

Cons:

Az étkezések. Rossz nem volt semmi, csak számomra, lehet több magyar számára is szokatlan az étkezés.
A reggelinél viszonylag kicsi a választék - kicsi a szálloda, 10+ szoba, teljesen érthető is - nekem hiányoztak az édes opciók, hiszen mindig édeset reggelizek. 3 féle üveges (házi?) lekvár, nutella és 1 croissant volt a teljes kínálat. Finom, de unalmas pár nap után.
Vacsora. Mo-n az ebéd a fő étkezés a legtöbb háztartásban. Itt a vacsora minden nap pontban 19:30-kor kerül felszolgálásra, 9 előtt végzünk vele. 3 fogás, 2 főétel opció, desszert svédasztal, a tejallergiát is gond nálkül kezelték, az ételek finomak voltak, egy kivétellel. Itthon 6 után már csak gyümölcsöt eszek, így szokatlan volt a késői étkezés, rosszabbul aludtam, mint szoktam. Nincs lehetőség előbb vacsorázni, hiszen minden vendégnek egyszerre szolgálnak fel, akit ez zavar, annak jobb választás egy hotel rugalmasabb vacsoraidővel. Vagy ez a hotel vacsora nélkül.

Gastvrijheid en heerlijk eten
Pros:

De gastvrijheid en altijd bereid om met suggesties te komen om dingen te ondernemen in de omgeving. Altijd in voor een praatje, of het nu om 7 uur in de ochtend is of laat op de avond. Ook het eten beviel goed. Je kunt in de ochtend kiezen of je dit wil. (20€ pp ) In de avond wacht een 5 gangen diner waarbij je bij het hoofdgerecht 2 keuzes kunt maken. Alles is huisgemaakt en met liefde voor de gast en dit proef je! Ook aan recycling wordt gedacht waarbij men alles qua ingrediënten benut om zo min mogelijk weg te gooien. (duurzaamheid). Laden van de auto is mogelijk bij de laadbox bij het hotel. Deze is van de eigenaar, maar mochten wij bij navraag ook gebruiken tegen reguliere kosten. Hoewel het qua interieur inderdaad 3 sterren is, krijg je hier service wat 5 sterren verdient. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Iedere dag vind er schoonmaak plaats. Het dorp zelf bied een verscheidenheid aan voorzieningen, waaronder een supermarkt, bakker, apotheek en souvenirwinkel. Ook zijn er een aantal restaurants op loopafstand.

Vanuit dit hotel een prima uitvalsbasis om te hiken in de omgeving. Meeste is op maximaal 40 minuten met de auto te bereiken. Van daaruit kun je je avontuur beginnen!

Cons:

Het was de hele week erg warm, waardoor het snachts ook nog erg warm was op de kamer. Ook een waterkoker voor thee of koffie op de kamer was wel fijn geweest.

Come prima esperienza in Trentino non potevo chiedere di meglio.
Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente, la gentilezza della famiglia che lo gestisce ti fa sentire a casa. La camera è accogliente e pulita, il letto comodo e il cibo ottimo.

Close to public transport.
Clean. Beautiful interior and comfortable beds.
Friendly and welcoming hosts. Someone was always available.
Very organised and well structured.

Cons:

Maybe a bit too structured.
No chance to get a lie in, as there is no sign do not disturb so the cleaner will be there 9.30 am on the dot.

The bedding and additional blankets were too warm for summer temperature maybe a choice of light covers wouldn't have gone a miss. The shower is a wee bit tight for comfort. Air condition or fan would also be a bonus.

Excellent stay in a marvelous environment.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, from breakfast and the 5 course dinner, to the 5 minutes transfer to the slopes departure. Family-owned business with great attention to details and always available when needed. Definitely a place to come back to.

the hotel has a very good location in Riscone, you can get a private ski bus from 8.30am or walk 15 min to Kronplatz ski lift if you like to be early. Room was spacious and comfortable, delicious breakfasts and very kind family running this place. Saw some extra facilities like Sauna and kids play station play room, ski room and fussball table,
