Nice place, good location, great staff.
Pros:

Location near the beach is great. Lot's of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Many grocery stores near by for food needs. Nice views of the sea and surrounding area. Terrace is nice to sit out on. Staff at the hotel are really top notch. Nice location for seeing other places on the island.

Cons:

Seemed more like a college spring break atmosphere. Nothing wrong with that if that's what you want. Not what I prefer. You can hear the people in the bars screaming, even on the top floor. Kids with their motor bikes driving up and down the street revving their engines was annoying. Rooms are not quiet, you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to you. Some ants in the bathroom and on the terrace. They bite. I don't recommend bare feet walking around unless you like stepping on ants and having ant pieces in the bed. Very limited parking. Bed was very firm.

Ruido a la hora de dormir justo del habitación de al lado.. Poco aislamiento, se oye todo. Los baños necesitan algo de reforma.

Pros:

Gute Lage, Spielplatz und Pool waren toll.

Cons:

Das Buffet war ok, aber es fehlte ein wenig Abwechslung.
Leider wurden die Kinderstühle im Restaurant nie sauber gemacht, es waren abends noch immer die Krümmel von morgens drin.
