Pros:

La ubicació i l'habitació. Mari Carmen, la noia de la neteja un 10.

Cons:

Molta calor als passadissos i assensors, les parets poc aïllants, se sentia tot. Música molt alta fins les 23h, impossible dormir...el menjar de tots els àpats poc variat i de baixa qualitat...Massa car pel que s'ofereix... per acabar fan obres a l'habitació del costat just quan tenim el nadó dormint la migdiada i la resposta és que entren clients i que seran 10' (acaben fent soroll 1h...).

Nagyszerű helyen van, közel a homokos part,, üzletek, éttermek és a buszmegállók. A személyzet kedves.
A tengerre néző kilátás a szobából csodálatos.
Minden este zenés programok voltak.
Gluténmentes kenyér, muffin és bagett, tészta, pizza kérésre elérhető. Az allergén információ feltüntetve az ételeknél.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Lage ist für Strandurlaub super.

Das Essen ist im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr leider schlechter geworden.

Habitación con puerta medianera?? No gracias!
Pros:

El personal muy amable
La habitación contaba con lo necesario
La segunda habitación era silenciosa
Nos obsequiaron con una botella de agua fresca.

Cons:

Que nos asignaran una habitación con una puerta medianera sin haberla pedido, con unos huéspedes en la habitación de al lado que hablaban muy alto. Reclamamos el cambio de habitación y el recepcionista actuó con profesionalidad y nos asignó una segunda habitación que era privada, silenciosa y pudimos descansar y tener intimidad.

Pros:

Spotlessly clean, very courteous and professional staff. Room was ok for what I needed as out most the time.
Wifi was excellent and I was on 5th floor.
Food was good with lots of choice.
Pool is not massive but was never too crowded.
Location is brilliant. Five mins to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Never used taxis at all. Took me 10mins to walk to Sillot and 25mins to walk to Cala Millor. Sa Coma is spotless.
If you go.....Brittannia Bar and King's Head are excellent.

Cons:

I was only half board as like to suppprt local eateries. However, I was shocked to find in my 1st night that water is not included with evening meal. Only all inclusive get free water. Couldn't believe that.....On principle I never bought a drink there because of that.
The wait for the lift can be a pain at busy times. There are two though.
Sunbeds go quick. I counted and around the pool there is abiut a 100. At least 70% stay empty all day. There is a spill over section though away from the pool if you just want to sunbathe.
My final biggest gripe was the ar area is supposed to sell warm snacks, like burgers, frys, hotdogs etc. However, there was no cook the whole time I was there for the bar area....until my last day. As it turns out the burgers were as dear as any of the nearby restaurants..

Overall, a great hotel that we would gladly return to.
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic central location, right in the heart of the town, and only a 4–5 minute walk from the sea with wonderful swimming opportunities. The hotel offers a large swimming pool. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is very good, and there is a great selection available for both breakfast and dinner. We stayed on a half-board basis and were very pleased with the overall experience

Cons:

The only small drawback was that the sound insulation between the rooms could have been better. However, we never experienced any disturbing noise during the night, so it did not affect our stay.
