Brandhill Airport Suites

The apartment was average, but our main problem was the bidet in the toilet, that wasn't functioning and the internet that was non-existent. We stayed in this apartment over a week and they fixed both the internet and bidet problem a few days before our the departure.
There is also no lift and if you have heavy suitcases there is no help carrying those things. There is also no reception in this apartment because the receptionist is located in another apartment that they own and is 3 km away from this current apartment. They also dont work 24/7 incase of emergency or need of an assistance.
They also have a Housekeeper that is rude and doesnt like to clean the apartment when needed. They clean the apartment once a week so.
Aside from the problems we encountered we enjoyed our stay overall.

L'appart'hotel est super. La salle de bain est parfait.
La chambre est parfaite. L'emplacement n'est pas ouf faut tout le temps se déplacer en voiture ( dont le taxi ) mais ça va... Seul petit bémol... Si vous êtes plus de 3 a séjourné ici dans une chambre, deux dormiront sur le lit double et le troisième dormira sur le canapé qui n'est pas convertible en lit, enfin en tout cas j'ai pas eu un canapé convertible en lit.. Ça reste quand même bien.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier verbracht und mussten morgens schon um 5 Uhr los. Ich hatte meinen Ring in dem trubel auf dem Tisch vergessen. Wir sind wieder zurück gefahren um den zu holen und die Dame dort, die da war, hatte meinen Ring einfach am Finger. Als wir gefragt haben wo der Ring ist, meinte sie einfach 'Welcher Ring?' Bis mein Mann dann ganz genau gesagt hat wo er lag und wir ja erst vor ca 20 Min da raus waren.
Sie hat ihn dann einfach von ihrem Finger genommen und uns gegeben. Einfach nur Dreist sowas.
Und naja Sauber war es definitiv auch nicht. In der Toilette waren Haare und ich weiss wirklich nicht, wann die Toilette unten am Stein mal gewischt wurde.

Ich habe ganz andere Wohnung bekommen.

The hotel has one address listed and when I got to the property apparently there is a different location without an address. They texted me a picture that I was supposed to follow. My hotel booked my transportation based on the address on the internet, and then I had to take another taxi which I had to pay for myself. The hotel was in the middle of some residential area with nothing around. The stairs is narrow and spiral, which is terrible for people with luggage and no elevator! The toilet was dirty and had hair on the seat! The mattress was bad you can feel every spring.
