Pros:

Ottima posizione, struttura accogliente e modera, camera comoda, sufficiente grande, con balcone e vista.
Inoltre il personale era molto gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Es war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Was mich störte war das die Stühle auf der Terrasse voll Vogelkot waren und wir diese nicht benutzen konnten.

Excellent option for Arosa-Lenzerheide ski region
Pros:

We had an amazing stay for a ski weekend at the hotel. The installations are great, the staff was very nice, the food included in the half board was delicious, as well as the breakfast. Location was also a plus, in front of the lake and a bus stop to get easily to the lifts.

There could be a harder pillow

Tolles Hotel in super Lage mit leckerem Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön und nicht hellhörig. Das Frühstück war super und qualitativ hochwertig. Eierspeisen werden individuell zubereitet. Direkt am See und genau gegenüber vom Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle, also eine super Anbindung zu den Skiliften oder in den Ort Lenzerheide. Die Langlaufloipe ist vor der Haustüre. Wir haben einen Tiefgaragenplatz gebucht, dass war bei den Schneemassen super, aber es gibt auch Plätze vor dem Hotel.

Wir haben nichts gefunden was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Frühstück mehr Abwechslung (war jeden Tag das gleiche.
Die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern war katastrophal, viel zu hell und ungemütlich.

Pros:

We booked in the last moment on discounted price, very nice servants in breakfast room. Very nice breakfast, we were in transit.

Cons:

I have recently hearing problem, I'm leasning to read from lips. The lady on the receptionist should more concentrate on my problem, not on smiling as much as she can inspite I told ther a few times to repeat and speak normaly. I believe she tried her best but it all was way to much, also she looks like she poped up from some reality show- all way overdo.
Lighting in the room, some standing light were way so strong so we covered it with curtain hoping we will not set it in fire!

Drei Sterne Hotel auf hohem Niveau mit toller Küche!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse und wunderbarem Blick auf den See mit einem sehr neuwertigen und großen Bad. Das Essen im Rahmen der Halbpension hat unseren Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
