ich habe bereits einige Fotos hochgeladen, die den Zustand der Unterkunft dokumentieren. Ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, dass die Unterkunft diese Zustände bestreiten kann.

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt sehr enttäuscht und frage mich, ob die Mitarbeiter dort überhaupt professionell arbeiten. Außerdem wundert es mich, dass ein so großes Portal wie Booking.com eine solche Unterkunft anbietet oder mit ihr zusammenarbeitet.

Die Unterkunft war in einem sehr unhygienischen und inakzeptablen Zustand. Ich frage mich auch, welche Behörde eine Genehmigung für einen solchen Hotelbetrieb erteilt.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie sich mit diesem Fall beschäftigen müssen. Aufgrund der geschilderten Umstände bitte ich Sie um eine vollständige Rückerstattung meines gezahlten Betrags.
