Ideal Location and Good Amenities
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location—right opposite the Ernakulam Shiva Temple and just a short stroll to the seaside promenade overlooking Kochi Harbour. It’s only 5–10 minutes from Ernakulam Junction Railway Station and close to Maharaja’s College Metro Station, with plenty of amenities nearby.
The room and bathroom were of decent size—basic but clean and comfortable. There’s a kettle with tea/coffee provisions, and they also provide a flask of hot water on request at no extra cost. The in-house vegetarian restaurant and café are very good, and limited on-site parking is available.
Staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a convenient, clean, and pleasant choice in the heart of the city.

Laundry service as per what is printed on the sheet not being followed . Very misleading for the guest .On being asked the same they were unapologetic as well .

An OK hotel, value for money
Pros:

A good vegetarian restaurant is in the same complex.

Cons:

There was no shower curtain (room 105) and when you have a shower, all the water comes out to bathroom floor

It was a quiet location and easy to get auto and go to any places .

The breakfast was very good , value for money

Cons:

The bathrooms were all wet all the time , a separate cubicle for the shower area would be better . Also it will be good if you could provide more hooks to put clothes on.
