Pros:

Location was good. Had nostalgic memories with the hotel hence chose to stay here.

Cons:

Furniture in the room were old and some were damaged even though in usable and good condition; Rooms and amenities really need renovation and modernization.

Not what I imagined of BTH standard
Pros:

Close to shiva temple
That's all there is

Cons:

Not good as before
Maitanace is not good
Rooms are not clean there is dust
Restaurant is also not clean- it's not cleaned even after the other parties went after eating.
Service is bad
All together the stay was not satisfying
The only plus point is that the shiva temple is opposite rest all bad
Not what I imagined of BTH standard. Very sad

Excellent and worth the money. Will always stay here in my future visits.
Pros:

Centre location with proximity to all places. Very close to Ernakuleswar Temple, Murugan & Anjaneya temples. Food is very good and its pure vegetarian hotel. Rooms are spacious and there is separate sit out lobby with sofa sets in room which is luxury in today’s times. Staff are very courteous. Worth for money.

Cons:

Exhaust fan was not there in toilet. Possible they must have removed for any repairs / replacement. Could not check on that. If not there suggest they provide it as space is available.

Pros:

The location is awesome. The rooms, while big, looked old and jaded. But the rooms were well maintained.

Cons:

There is nothing that I disliked specifically. For the price I paid, it was value for money.

Pros:

It is an old property, centrally located. Well maintained. Clean & spacious rooms. Hassle free checkin. Warm front desk staff who will address your queries and issues quickly.

Food
1. The breakfast at Subhiksha restaurant can definitely improve. Less options and not very tasty food.
2. There are flies in the restaurant.
3. The table cloths are dirty, floor under the tables have food. Cleanliness needs more rigor.

Room
1. No toiletry supplies available. We had to ask for them to provide.
2. There were no water bottles. On asking they provided.
3. There is a minibar in the suite that is empty. The refrigerator was old & dirty.
