Had a good Ryokan experience
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The stay was located in a quiet place with surrounding forest area and the Yamanakako lake just 100-200 m away. Convenience stores and public transport were easily accessible. Being away from the crowds made us happy

Cons:

Bathrooms could have been bigger, when compared to the room size.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, the room was huge, it was a last minute booking but everything went well, easy to find and they were waiting for me at 22:00, truly wonderful experience. The room had a view on the Fujisan, I recommend.

Das Hotel bot eine authentische japanische Erfahrung mit traditionellen Betten und Zimmern, von denen aus man den Fuji bewundern konnte. Zur Erkundung der Umgebung standen mehrere elektrische Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Es gab mehrere Mängel, darunter Haare von anderen Personen, lockere Halterungen, eine kaputte Decke und Tür sowie weitere Unannehmlichkeiten. Zudem war der Raum sehr hellhörig, sodass wir mehrmals am Morgen durch die Gespräche unserer Nachbarn geweckt wurden. Zu allem Überfluss sprach das Personal kein Wort Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte.

Reservé una habitación en este hotel basándome en la descripción que aparecía en Booking, donde se indicaban ciertas características que no se correspondían con la habitación que finalmente me dieron. La habitación no tenía terraza, el tamaño era menor de lo esperado, faltaba mobiliario que aparecía en el anuncio, no había amenities básicos y, lo más decepcionante, no tenía vistas al Monte Fuji, que era uno de los motivos principales por los que elegí este alojamiento.

Durante la estancia intenté hablar con algún responsable para solucionar la situación, pero no fue posible encontrar a nadie que pudiera gestionar el problema ni ofrecer una alternativa.

Abrí una reclamación a través de Booking.com y, aunque reconocieron que no habían podido llegar a un acuerdo con el alojamiento, la compensación ofrecida me parece claramente insuficiente teniendo en cuenta que la habitación no correspondía con lo anunciado.

La experiencia en general ha sido decepcionante, tanto por parte del hotel como por la falta de una solución adecuada ante una diferencia evidente entre lo contratado y lo recibido. Recomiendo revisar bien las condiciones de la habitación antes de reservar en este alojamiento.

Pros:

這次入住和室房型是我很想體驗的房型，空間大小適中，還能展開2個大行李箱，可以想像空間😄
民宿老闆娘（應該是）接待熱心，並推薦附近有一家好吃的大豐食堂，真的是平價又好吃，周圍也有大型超市可以購物及採購點心💕
距離山中湖邊走路約5分鐘的距離，近距離看到富士山好感動，可以慢步在湖畔旁很舒適

Cons:

沒有特別不滿意，要說的話只有廁所空間偏小
還有剛好隔壁住了走路很大聲的旅客😄

Highly recommend this place to others. Had great view of mt Fuji! Super cozy and clean! Great price!
