Un petit bijou à Tulum, merci Rafa !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument génial au Boutique Hotel Terranova Tulum. Franchement, tout était au rendez-vous : un emplacement idéal, un lieu magnifique et impeccable, et surtout un accueil aux petits soins qui fait toute la différence.

Un énorme merci à Rafa, le gérant, pour sa patience, sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils de visite — clairement des tips à suivre si vous voulez profiter pleinement de Tulum !

Mention spéciale aussi pour le quartier de La Veleta, vivant et plein de bonnes adresses. Entre les restaurants et les bars sympas, on ne s’est jamais ennuyés… perso, on a adoré l’ambiance du coin.

Encore merci pour ce super séjour — on repart avec de beaux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir.

Totally recommend
Pros:

Our main concern about finding the right place in Tulum was safety — we had read some very bad experiences — and we can’t say how lucky we were to find this place. It’s in the best neighborhood, with local cafés and good vibes within walking distance, plus the intimate and cozy atmosphere of the property itself.

That said, the apartment was super comfortable and clean, with all the tiny touches for a pleasant stay. Water pressure was great, internet solid, communication smooth and the tips were super cool. Keep it this way 👍

Pros:

L'hôtel est très sympa et bien décoré, les espaces agréables.
Rafa et Léonardo sont vraiment de bons conseils pour profitez pleinement de Tulum.
Eau potable disponible au bar a volonté.
Eau chaude dans la douche.

Cons:

Chambre sombre, manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine et peu insonorisé, le calme dépend des voisins (voyageurs de l'hôtel).

Pros:

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Stadtteil La Veleta von Tulum. Die Zimmer sind groß, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber, es wird ordentlich geputzt und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, ausser dass man ein Fahrzeug braucht, um an den Strand zu kommen

The non boutique hotel.
Pros:

I have to say, Leo was incredibly helpful, he was kind, attentive, very customer service oriented.

Super friendly and nice.

Cons:

I usually don’t write many reviews, until the owner of this “Boutique Hotel” thought it was ok to charge us $50 for a pillow, simply cause it was brutally hard and uncomfortable, so I decided to take some of the cheap polyester stuffing out of it.

I actually told one of the cleaning team members, I was going to replace the pillow at the end of our 13 days stay with them, since I am a very respectful customer.

The place was listed as a boutique hotel, but has nothing on an actual boutique hotel standards.

The owner needs to put a little bit more love into his hotel, repaint the walls, the rooms are incredibly dark, replace the wood on the bathroom floor and pay more attention to detail.

The towels were hard and old, and the lock of the main door was not working properly.

I’ll like to mention again how Leo was the star of the hotel, he was very friendly, kind, understanding and very customer service oriented.

Unfortunately I don’t recommended this hotel to any of my friends and I won’t be coming back.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll, es war ruhig und sauber und man konnte gut abschalten.
Rafa hat uns so tolle Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Ausflügen gegeben, das war wirklich sehr hilfreich!

Cons:

Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, man konnte die Nachbarn im Nebenzimmer reden hören.

Highly recommended for lovely calm stay in Tulum
Pros:

We loved everything about this boutique hotel! It is beautifully decorated, real Tulum vibe. It is located in a calm area close to restaurants and shops. The room was big and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good bathroom. The staff was super helpful and provided a lot of local tips. Would stay here again!

Tulum hat mir zwar nicht sonderlich gefallen, aber am Hotel lag es sicherlich nicht!

Место привзашло все мои ожидания ! Очень классный двухэтажный номер выполненный из натуральных материалов, большая комфортная кровать, территория вся в зелени как в джунглях! Классная локация, поблизости улицы с ресторанами и кафе. Уборка производилась каждый день. А ребята хозяева - были очень отзывчивыми и гостеприимными. Благодарю и до скорой встречи !
