Mooi verblijf
Pros:

De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en gaf ons veel tips wat we konden doen als alternatief ( het regende en de stranden lagen vol met zeewier). Hij raadde ons ook een aantal restaurants aan die zeer goed waren. Als we ooit nog naar Tulum gaan, komen we hier zeker terug.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt im TerraNova und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Team: Nai, Franco und Carlos waren während meines gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sie haben sich immer Zeit genommen, Fragen zu beantworten, und mir viele tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Aktivitäten und lokale Geheimtipps gegeben. Dadurch konnte ich Tulum viel authentischer erleben.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Frühstückslokalen, sodass man jederzeit zahlreiche Möglichkeiten hat.
Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und familiär. Wer eine persönliche Unterkunft mit einem außergewöhnlich herzlichen Team sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Personnel de qualité ! Nai & Franco sont super accessibles via whatsapp et sur site.
L'hébergement est un havre de paix avec la petite jungle de l'entrée jusqu'à la piscine.
La chambre loft est vraiment pépite.
Merci Franco pour toutes les recommandations !
Eau à volonté dans des bouteilles en verre ! On reçoit un message whatsaap pour savoir si le ménage est nécessaire. Top pour éviter de changer les draps et serviettes pour rien !

Best value for money in Tulum with the best staff
Pros:

Very well located close to multiple cafe, shops and restaurants. The hotel boutique is in a quiet street so you can enjoy being close to the neighborhood while staying in a quiet and clean place.
And the staff were the best part, very kind, helpful and gave us all the best recommendations for activities to do during our stay. Recommend +++ and would come back here if I ever go back to Tulum.

Ottimo soggiorno a Tulum
Pros:

Staff molto disponibile e simpatico, un grazie speciale a Franco;
Struttura accogliente, il corridoio interno è molto suggestivo;
La posizione è buona, nel quartiere sono presenti molti locali e si trova a solo 10/15 minuti dal centro e dalla zona degli hotel.

Cons:

Risulta un po’ faticoso portare le valigie alle stanze ai piani superiori per via degli scalini molto piccoli, ma in caso di bisogno lo staff si rende disponibile ad aiutare.

Pros:

simple & clean , a few blocks to shop/cafe, but around corner in a quiet block.

Cons:

toilet was not flushing well. had to flush twice. Wish ice cubes are available. when I needed, no one was at the counter/bar, so not sure if they offer. The stairs to the rooms on second floor are super narrow. do not recommend to someone who has challenge on balance.

TODO! Este lugar simplemente es perfecto, esta en un vecindario super completo, céntrico, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el personal en especifico franco siempre dispuesto a ayudar y brindar recomendaciones, muy accesible y amable siempre al pendiente de la estancia. Lo recomiendo al 100%
