The hotel’s location was decent for exploring Trivandrum, but that’s where the positives end.
The check-in process was frustrating—the receptionist made multiple calls to confirm our booking despite it being confirmed on Booking.com, causing unnecessary delays. The staff were unprofessional, adding to the poor impression. The restaurant offered a very limited menu, and a "no outside food" sign in the room felt restrictive. Room cleanliness was below average, and amenities were minimal—no coffee kettle or other essentials. Additionally, the doorbell was broken, so restaurant staff had to knock every time they delivered, which was inconvenient. The stay didn’t justify the 7,500 INR cost. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.
Staff behavior was pathetic. We have demanded a fan in lobby while waiting for some one. But they did not provide and insulted us also. Even if it is AC hotel, they are not ready to switch on the AC as well.we could not stay there.

Frequent power failures
Easy check in process. Toilet and shower has glass separator. Good location.
They didn’t give us the password or instructions on AC initially, had to ring reception or ask staff which was annoying. Bed was not comfortable.
