Great location, very clean and the staff were wonderful. Silvia the host was very welcoming and helpful in advising us how to get to the property and making the most of our time in Sperlonga. The staff at breakfast were also very kind and helped with our dietary needs.

The hotel was lovely and offered the perfect stay at a great value for money. The location is walking distance from the beach and from the local cafes and restaurants. The owner, Silvia, was super helpful from the very beginning. She provided us with a warm welcome and offered us beverages and snacks upon our arrival, despite it being after breakfast hours. She helped us set up our boat activity and gave recommendations for other activities. The room was comfortable, and a complimentary bottle of local wine was in our room. There was room cleaning every day, the breakfast offered was a continental breakfast with freshly baked pastries every morning, tea and coffee were provided upon request, and one of our guests was provided with freshly made eggs upon request as well. We had to check out of the hotel a day early, and Silvia was very understanding and even helped us get our refund from Booking.com. She also arranged a taxi for us on the last day and had breakfast prepared for us 30 minutes before normal breakfast time, since we were leaving early. Overall, our stay was magnificent, and I highly recommend this hotel to any guests. Silvia is a magnificent host and I thank her for her wonderful hospitality!

Et le plus le personnel est particulièrement disponible.

Organizzato anche con il parcheggio e servizio navetta al check in e check out, accogliente, pulito, munito di tutti i confort, letto comodo e personale gentilissimo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato anche due bottiglie di acqua in frigo e dei biscottini. Lo consiglio vivamente se volete soggiornare a sperlonga e stare 50mt dal mare.

Senza dubbio è stato uno dei soggiorni più piacevoli che io abbia mai fatto! La camera era PULITISSIMA (come tutta la struttura), ampia, confortevole e fornita di tutto ciò che serve (oltre le prese al muro ad esempio ci sono anche gli attacchi usb di più tipi per ricaricare il telefono; oppure, non avendo quella camera uno spazio esterno, in bagno è stato montato un piccolo stendipanni in caso di necessità). Il buffet della colazione era ricco, con diverse opzioni tra dolce e salato (tutto buonissimo). La posizione è ottimale, in 2 minuti si arriva al lungomare e con qualche passo in più si può raggiungere la bellissima Torre Truglia.
Il vero punto forte della struttura è però sicuramente la dedizione che mette Silvia, la proprietaria, nella gestione di tutto. Ciò si percepisce sia dalla cortese accoglienza all'arrivo, sia dalla grande disponibilità dimostrata (nel mio caso già ancor prima di arrivare in struttura!). Si vede che mette il cuore nella cura di tutto e questo è senza dubbio un plus che fa la differenza, soprattutto nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Avendo io lavorato diversi anni in un hotel, osservo molti aspetti e quando vedo un gestore che lavora con vera PASSIONE ed umiltà allo stesso tempo, ne rimango entusiasta.
Unica nota negativa: averci trascorso solo una notte, perché ci sarei rimasta volentieri più a lungo!!
Lo consiglierò ai miei conoscenti e, se dovessi avere la possibilità di ripassare da quelle parti, tornerei sicuramente da Silvia!

Tutto ottimo: la struttura,la pulizia, l'accoglienza, la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Ultimo, ma non ultimo, la cortesia e gentilezza di Silvia , sempre pronta a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza del cliente.

Staff is very nice and attentive. Location is perfect and breakfast varied with optimum quality. The parking option with shuttle service is very useful.

Ottimo soluzione di pernottamento a Sperlonga, vicino sia al mare raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti che al centro di Sperlonga. Ottima colazione ricca e variegata. Personale estremamente gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.
