Hôtel incroyable !! C’est mon deuxième séjour au sein de cet Hôtel ! Je l’adore ! Le personnel est au petit soin , la décoration est très agréable, très cosy ! Les petits déjeuners sont juste dingues !!!

Pros:

Perfect location, absolutely lovely staff, friendly and helpful. They made my birthday extremely special, the mint tea every evening was a special touch.. Thank you to Ahmet and the other receptionist who went out of their way to make our stay memorable

Cons:

I wish there was a pool for the days the weather isnt perfect, it would be nice to relax around a pool..

Foi algo incrível, o espaço é lindo, acolhedor confortável, o staff é maravilhoso sempre pronto a ajudar, Beyza, Ahmet, Tüloy, Consu, and the dogs Polo and Zarife fizeram os nossos dias como se tivéssemos em casa…

O pequeno almoço é incrível, produtos locais e biológicos, muito saudáveis….

O hotel fica mesmo no centro perto de tudo, não precisa de pegar no carro para ir aos melhores sítios…

Adoramos muito… NOTA 10

Cons:

Gostei de tudo sinceramente não tenho nada que não tenha gostado….

- sehr zentral
- sauber
- Tierfreundlich
- 24 Stunden Rezeption

Cons:

- sehr laute Zimmer
- bei Regen wurden provisorisch Tische gefunden zum Frühstücken an keine Alternativen gedacht
- Kleinigkeiten ( Tische wackeln, Abfluss direkt bei Ankunft verstopft, Fugen unsauber)

Pros:

Staff beyond helpful and accommodating. Helped us with any questions we had, including things beyond our stay in the hotel. Mehmet was exceptional!

Cons:

Nothing. There is some street noise but stops at 1 am sharp. Nothing unmanageable

Vraiment moyen et déçu
Pros:

La localisation si vous êtes piétons. La literie est bonne et le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
Le petit dej est bon mais rien d’exceptionnel

Cons:

Il n’y a pas vraiment de parking privé contrairement à ce qu’ils disent sur leur site, quelques places dans la rue et si vous venez le vendredi samedi dimanche vous pouvez oubliez vous devrez payer un parking privé.
Les valets ont eu l’audace de nous demander de l’argent c’est inadmissible.

Je n’ai pas trouvé les chambres très propres. La salle de bain est en mauvais état. Quelle idée de faire des toilettes en noir ??
Difficulté à fermer la porte de la chambre.

Franchement le rapport qualité prix est très mauvais

Pros:

Best hotel ever, we loved everything about it. The staff was very kind and mindful, gave us tips about the area. The room was cozy, the breakfast very diverse and delicious. The hotel is located right by the center of Alaçtı, perfect for exploring.

For information: There is no Uber around the peninsula and scooter rental doesn't seem possible in Alaçatı. But car rental is possible and taxis are available.

The Hotel is highly recommended! You'll miss out if you don't go there! :)

Very great customer service, spacious rooms, centric location. A bit loud at night due to it being in a lively location.
Pros:

The customer service was top notch! We have felt like we were being taken cared of in every way. Very comfortable beds as well. The hotel is also very centric in alacati so its easy to walk around.

Cons:

At the breakfast the simits were a bit hard to chew but really that couldve been one of our only complaints. Everything else was perfect. We were a bit bummed that it didnt have a pool but the customer service makes up for it. Should be noted that at night alacati gets loud so beware of that if you are a light sleeper. The hotel do provide you with complimentary earplugs though which was nice.
