Nach Rücksprache ein besseres Zimmer bekommen in einer höheren Etage

Good location ,safe place and nice breakfast .
Pros:

Staff are super nice and polite .
Only problem is that the room door is not noisy-proof , can hear people walking around & talking if they are being loud outside .
Other than that , I have nothing to complain.
They don’t supply toilitries products but that’s fine with me as I prefer to use my own stuff & use my own towel as well :)

Will bring my family here for vacation next time!
Pros:

Everything and everyone made my business trip comfortable and a breeze. Staff are especially friendly and helpful, kind and accommodating. Ideal place to stay for both vacation or business trips. Value-for-money accommodations.

Amazed at how service-oriented all of the staffs are, the room is very clean esp the bathroom
Pros:

Started from they were still Hotel Vicente, they lived up to the expectations. Centralized hot water for faucet and shower.

Cons:

Just when your room is at the front of the hotel, you will hear the busy street.
