The TV is not working.
Location was ideal. Close to establishments.
Ultra-scented room! I walked in and it overwhelmed me. I started to itch and my throat got itchy. I notified the front desk staff about it and they advised that I open the windows to vent it out. I left for the day and came back at night and the scent was still there though not as strong. I lay down and discovered that it was the beddings that was scented. No bueno as this causes a reaction for me.
I notified the night staff and requested non-scented beddings. He was kind enough to try and accommodate my request though they did not have any. He did manage to find a much lesser scented ones and replaced the ones in the room. It made the room tolerable. I was ready to transfer somewhere else if it was not remedied.
Overall, a good and pleasant stay.

Awesome staff. Very welcoming and accommodating. Great, safe location. Good food served during breakfast and dinner. Plenty of parking space.
There's no shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. No face towel, just bath towel. Had to request for iron and ironing board. There's no hair dryer. Basic amenities and toiletries could have made it convenient for guests.

They have different rates posted vs what the actual price. To all foreigners , think twice, what u see online upon booking is not accurate, they will charge you more even if it says its non refundable they will still say you need to pay them in property. Its false advertising, and they say its the booking.com fault.
Plus they knock on your door at 7am for breakfast! This is not good. You dont disturb your guest! And 9am for housekeeping! This is a horrible hotel. Please please skip this hotel!

Kamer is in orde zeker in vergelijking met de prijs. Het had een balcony, gelegen aan straat maar qua lawaai viel het heel goed mee. Enorm lieve personeel, al in al goede ervaring.

The noise can be heard a mile from the room.
The hotel looks aesthetically good like European or old Spanish inspired building and the location is very convenient, close to everything. It has all the basic amenities you need if you are mostly outside.
Just a slight miscommunication since we were informed late of the additional payment for the extra person, which we paid but we had to pay for extra breakfast meal when it was supposed to be covered by the payment if they only informed us sooner, and we had to request for extra pillow. They did not send anything for the extra person we paid for like towels, bed, hygiene kit nor explained what we get out of the payment. We also didn’t ask because it was already past 9pm and we just got back from a tour, exhausted. I hope it was clearly communicated at check in to avoid confusion.
