Het hotel was verder goed, alleen dit incident heeft een deel van onze vakantie verpest

Een lid van de staff vond het blijkbaar lollig om in het tablet van mijn vrouw, wat op de kamer lag, die geen password had , er een eigen passwoord in te zetten, dus onbruikbaar werd, het was ons begin van onze vakantie en mijn vrouw had er veel e-boeken instaan, die ze niet kon lezen, dus ook haar e-mails niet enz.

J’avais prévenu par e-mail de mon arrivée tardive, comme demandé par l’hôtel. À mon arrivée, la réception était fermée et aucune indication claire n’expliquait où sonner ou qui appeler. Heureusement, d’autres clients m’ont indiqué la marche à suivre.

Le réceptionniste, sympathique sans plus a mis du temps à ouvrir et, après une longue journée, je n’avais qu’une envie : dormir. La machine de paiement ne fonctionnant pas, j’ai dû laisser mes coordonnées pour un débit ultérieur via Booking.

Le lendemain matin, aucune indication sur la restitution de la clé : j’ai fini par la laisser à un endroit en espérant qu’elle soit retrouvée.
La chambre était basique et surtout très mal insonorisée : on entend absolument tout (voisin aux toilettes, douche, départ à 5 h du matin avec porte qui claque).

Le pire : après mon départ, j’ai reçu un appel assez agressif pour me réclamer le paiement, alors qu’il s’agissait simplement d’un problème technique de leur terminal. Le ton employé était inapproprié pour un échange avec un client.

Pour 77 € la nuit, je m’attendais à un minimum de confort, de professionnalisme et de communication claire. Ce ne fut pas le cas.

Je recommande pas ! Même pour une nuit

Decent hotel but has a corporate feel to it.
Pros:

Good location for our requirements.
Bike storage available.
Male on reception was very helpful with our queries & helped us when one of our party was ill.
Buffet breakfast with a good range of options

Cons:

It has the fell of a corporate business conference hotel.
Limited food choice for dinner with small portions.
Female waitress staff could have been more friendly.
Difficult to access as reception was not maned on arrival.

Good practical hotel for a stopover; good breakfast and dinner
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location and has a good level of basic facilities.
Staff all very good too.
Both dinner and breakfast were good. There was a limited menu choice for dinner,
but maybe this helped the chef as the food was really nice and extremely good value for money

Cons:

All good, frankly.
