Can't beat the price
Pros:

The room was clean and had no bugs. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Price was good.

We won't be back.
Pros:

I requested a ground floor room due to a back injury and I have trouble going up stairs. They told me they would get me a room on the ground floor the next day. They never did. My room was on the 2nd floor and I could barely get around the bed. Luckily, my son had a ground floor room and traded me. The pool area was nice, but I will never stay here again.

They could have accommodated me as they said they would.

Power outlet coming out of wall (electrical hazard), no shower shelves, dirty looking white towels (if you insist on white towels, bleach them), no keys, key fob, and cumbersome keypad requiring guests to remember entry code each time (inconvenient), no table and chair provided, no coffee access inside room or facility, no real customer service, would not trust my luggage to be left in storage unit unlocked in a dingy custodial environment.

Best location , cute building but over priced
Pros:

Perfect location ! Pool area is very nice & staff was lovely .

Cons:

Definitely overpriced for the room type & as I noted , they need to add shelving in shower & shelves in bathroom so you have a place for toiletries . We couldn’t unpack our bags because there truly wasn’t a space for clothing . Simple fixes like hooks , shelves & a dresser or small wardrobe would be very helpful - tip : go to cvs or Walgreens for soaps, waters , etc prior to arrival

A lot of money for such a small room.
Pros:

The location was great. The outside yard was very nice and inviting.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than advertised. What is the 2,960 ft2 entire apartment mean? My room was so small
that 2 people could not walk around the bed at the same time. There was no where to put your clothes or put your luggage. There was a pole hanging on the wall, that was supposed to be the closet.

Would have been much better with small amenities in the room. Great location and nice pool.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Central to the whole town. Nice pool to relax after a hot day of walking. room was clean.

Cons:

Check in process and communication was terrible. The staff barely spoke english. our A/C was not working the first day. They had to come the second day and clean the inside unit with a hose and a system to catch the dirty water. the fan inside the unit was so dirty it would not blow properly. They did get it cleaned and it worked the balance of our stay. The bathroom had almost no room to hold any toiletries. No shelving near the sink. the shower had one very small shelf big enough to hold a bar of soap. Know there is no daily housekeeping unless you request it.

There for 2 weeks.saw no members of staff.There was no change of bedding or towels.ran out of toiletries.The place would be great if stopping for a few days but not any longer.
