We had a fantastic stay, the location was very central and quiet.
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay - the location is excellent, the pool and the gardens were a little haven. We were able to walk to everything that we need to. We would recommend anyone to stay here. It’s a gem.

Cons:

A coffee machine in the room or a central point would have been nice.

Cons:

Communication with staff is only through text message and they do not always respond on time, their work hours are not clear. The room is extremely small, even for Key West standards and they even call it apartment.

Cons:

Two different codes to get in room, codes way too long, entering from street at night was unsafe. Car parked outside my door with lights on for over 3 hours, called the police and the person finally left. As a domestic abuse survivor, this experience was horrible. Not even any drawers in this so called apartment which was the smallest room I have ever stayed in in key west. When I had to leave early, they would not let me rebook dates, so I lost $1,500 after they led me to believe that they would, even making sure I got out of the room by 11am, when if they were going to keep my money was crap. They played me and waited for my money to clear and then told me no refund. I've never been treated like that. The worst. Don't stay here.

We had a winderfull stay in Tranquility, the check-in is so easy, rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable and the pool is refreshing after a warm day. Totally recommend! 👍

Amazing place, great comfort and great value
Pros:

Loved the comfortability, location and of course the staff. Staff was amazing and VERY responsive.

Cons:

The front street level is loud with the roosters. But…it’s the staple of Key West.

Location location location Right in the heart of the southern end this could not be better located. Loved the pool and the trees.

Nice hotel, but needs to give better value for money
Pros:

It was well positioned for Duval street

Cons:

No breakfast, the shower room was dangerous. The floor was very slippery. There was nowhere to put anything in the shower i.e. shower gel, has shampoo.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay and plan to return on my next visit!
Pros:

The courtyard pool and location were amazing. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow. No onsite reception which was fine as they texted right away to make sure I had everything I needed. Excellent price and very clean!

Cons:

It would be nice if they had glassss in the room. The fridge/freezer was nice and I just went and got some cups off of Duval!

They could stand to invest in new towels but nothing horrible. I’d go back again!
