Location was good

Cons:

There was no staff on property that we were able to see. Not a fan of the roosters pooping on the doorstep

Easy access to get in and out.

Cons:

Had issue with the ceiling fan. Had trouble with the air conditioner until we were told it was connected to another room. That room was in control of the unit.

Loved the location and service.
Pros:

This guesthouse is very authentic and has everything that you need for a short stay.

Cons:

The room was very small, we had to have our luggage on the bed during the day because otherwise you couldn’t walk around the bed.

In the heart of key west but overpriced for the value
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Exceptionally small rooms, windows dont open as they are overpainted, windows facing directly the boardwalk which is creepy, as the house is situated 1 feet of the boardwalk. No Glas cups to heat water in microwave.

Great, comfortable stay
Pros:

Enjoyed the location, just an easy 10-15 min walk to Duval Street, bed was comfy, rooms were spacious, and the hosts were very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

No complaints really! I wish there was parking, but I understand that's very hard to offer in Key West, and the hosts did give us tips on where to park. We also normally wouldn't have a car in Key West, but we just so happened to this time so it's kind of on us.

THERE WAS NO HOUSE KEEPING HAD TO TEXT TO GET TOILET PAPER AND FRESH TOWELS AND NO ONE EMPTY THE GABAGE CANS DURING THE WHOLE STAY OF 4 NIGHTS.!!!!!. YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THIS PLACE ON YOUR WEBSITE. THIS PLACE WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY$. THE POOL WAS DIRTY AND SOME OF THE POOL FURNITURE WAS FALLING APART.

Pros:

We loved the location and staff's help to get supplies. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful.

Cons:

The toilet needs fixing. The base is unsteady and was sometimes shifty.
Maybe add a folding chair to use instead of having to eat on the bed. Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided.

Good location.

Cons:

Very small. The outside had an unusual amount of chickens (even for Key West). There was an awful smell outside, like a chicken house. There were also tiny ants in the room, particularly the bathroom.

We were scammed and stayed only 1 night of our planned 4 day stay. we felt scammed. The listing described the property
Pros:

The property was listed as a “superior apartment” but was one un-superior room with bathroom. It couldn’t even have been classified as a bedroom since there was no closet, just a small garment rack with 4 or 5 hangers.

Cons:

There was no staff on-site, so no real security. The tiny porch outside our room had no working light and there was no on-site parking. We had to park on the street next to a trash-strewn lot. We did not feel safe there. We checked out after the first night and were promised a refund for the 2 nights left on our reservation, a promise they didn’t keep.

With the stressful situation, it did offer quiet and peace to regroup and organize. Very lovely.
Pros:

The location was downtown Key West close to everything. I was there for a family emergency and was close to where I needed to be. Friendly people and workers, very kind and lovely. A cuban coffee shop deli just around the corner without getting too much in the busy Duval goings on. I will stay again when I have to return for more family business.

Cons:

The pool was not available the first 2 nights I stayed and wish they would have confirmed that online before booking but I did get a discount since that was the reason for picking this location. For the stress relief of a lovely pool. It is lovely and so happy we stayed another 2 nights.
