A lot of money for such a small room.
Pros:

The location was great. The outside yard was very nice and inviting.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than advertised. What is the 2,960 ft2 entire apartment mean? My room was so small
that 2 people could not walk around the bed at the same time. There was no where to put your clothes or put your luggage. There was a pole hanging on the wall, that was supposed to be the closet.

Would have been much better with small amenities in the room. Great location and nice pool.
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Central to the whole town. Nice pool to relax after a hot day of walking. room was clean.

Cons:

Check in process and communication was terrible. The staff barely spoke english. our A/C was not working the first day. They had to come the second day and clean the inside unit with a hose and a system to catch the dirty water. the fan inside the unit was so dirty it would not blow properly. They did get it cleaned and it worked the balance of our stay. The bathroom had almost no room to hold any toiletries. No shelving near the sink. the shower had one very small shelf big enough to hold a bar of soap. Know there is no daily housekeeping unless you request it.

Building and location.

Cons:

There for 2 weeks.saw no members of staff.There was no change of bedding or towels.ran out of toiletries.The place would be great if stopping for a few days but not any longer.

Convenient and close to everything.
Pros:

The location was amazing and I loved the courtyard with the pool. It was easy to gain access with the codes received. We had privacy and were able to store belongings after checkout. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Cons:

The rooms are smaller than expected and the price seems very steep for the room size and age/condition of property. It may have been due to last minute booking or very busy season but compared to the airbnb my friends had for half price it left a lot to be desired.

It was fine the cleaning and maintenance workers were very helpful.

Easy access to get in and out.

Cons:

Had issue with the ceiling fan. Had trouble with the air conditioner until we were told it was connected to another room. That room was in control of the unit.

Loved the location and service.
Pros:

This guesthouse is very authentic and has everything that you need for a short stay.

Cons:

The room was very small, we had to have our luggage on the bed during the day because otherwise you couldn’t walk around the bed.

In the heart of key west but overpriced for the value
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Exceptionally small rooms, windows dont open as they are overpainted, windows facing directly the boardwalk which is creepy, as the house is situated 1 feet of the boardwalk. No Glas cups to heat water in microwave.
