The rooms are excellent
Could not have breakfast because it doesn't get served until 0830hrs. This is too late when one has to be at work at 0830hrs. most hotels start breakfast at 0730hrs so one can eat and then go to work. It must be a South Hams thing.
breakfast and staff were excellent
we booked and paid for 3 days plus parking. Although we left after breakfast on day 2 , there was no offer of a days reimbursement for the parking or fir a days breakfast that we didn’t have. i was not expecting any refund for the unused day but a token effort to reimburse the parking and one breakfast would have been appreciated

The owners of the hotel were friendly informative and nothing was too much trouble! Room cleaned every day with fresh towels! Good choice at breakfast

The hotel was very close to the town and amenities. It was uniquely decorated and in keeping with the area. The room and bed extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate and very leisurely, a good choice and all freshly cooked as you want it, we'll definitely be returning.
The only downside was the bar/restaurant closed at 7pm on Sunday which I understand as it's a family run hotel, also most other places in the town were the same.
