Ottima posizione, pessima reception
Pros:

La posizione e il letto.

Cons:

Lo staff alla reception appariva sempre di cattivo umore, non salutavano e quando si faceva una richiesta semplice rispondevano in maniera aggressiva come se li stessi disturbando. Non abbiamo trovato nessuno nello staff che era fatto per un mestiere a contatto con le persone.

Location is good and near all facilities.staff is ok but information is not carried forward usually.

Cons:

No cleaning of room.dustbin never emptied during whole stay. Small bathroom, no shampoo no adequate haidryer. Safety lock was to be looked into as was blocked closed but no action taken despite info left on the same day.

Pros:

The location is excellent and very central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff at the reception were nice.

Cons:

It fell far short of the standards I expect from a 3-star establishment. While the location is central, there are significant issues that need to be addressed.

The room maintenance was quite poor. The curtains were visibly dirty and I was greeted by several moths flying around the room. The soundproofing is virtually non-existent; the street noise is extremely loud and I could hear every footstep from the neighbours upstairs. This creates a dilemma: if you close the window, the room develops a noticeable smell, but if you open it for fresh air, the noise makes it impossible to relax.

Despite the hotel stating that toiletries are provided, there were none in the room. For a 3-star hotel, these basic essentials should be a given.

The breakfast experience was the most concerning part of the stay. I witnessed a staff member handling food—specifically moving cheese from one plate to another and rearranging it—with her bare hands. Additionally, on the 19th, the yogurts provided were already at their expiration date. While the breakfast was "okay" in terms of variety, these hygiene and freshness issues are hard to overlook.

Compared to other 3-star hotels, La Résidence has a lot of catching up to do. Between the poor soundproofing and questionable food hygiene practices, I would find it difficult to recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son anejas y tienen mucho uso. Si eso no te importa, y buscas un hotel cómodo y limpio para descubrir el centro de la ciudad y la ciudad vieja este es tu hotel.
