Il bellissimo viaggio a Istanbul.
Pros:

La posizione fantastica alle spalle della Moschea Blu
Lo staff è gentilissimo e cordiale.
La colazione accettabile anche per noi occidentali.

Cons:

La pulizia andrebbe migliorata
La struttura andrebbe rimodernata un po'.

Perfect location with sun in bedroom with seaview
Pros:

Super location, sun directly in bedroom with sea view. All the Staff excellent. Breakfast lady, and both receptionists.

Este bine poziționată, aproape de moscheea albastră

Cons:

Am avut camera de la mansarda, incredibil de mica maxim 10mp, desi în descriere scrie 15 mp, daca esti claustrofob mori sigur.
La baie intri in cant, acoperișul este foarte jos, daca ridici maine sa dai bluza jos , trebuie sa te apleci .
Din 3 interupatoare merge unul singur. Desi la facilități scrie ca dispune de cana fierbător pentru ceai sau cafea , nu exista, le-am cerut si nu ne-au dat . Nu inteleg cum unii oameni spun ca este Ok si dau note mari , adevărul este altul, total opus. Sincer va zic execrabil , mi-era sila să ating robinetul, si mai ales surprinzător au fost lipsiti de ospitalitate.
Desi pe booking apareau disponibile alte 2 camere mai confortabile, am cerut upgrade contracost si ne-au sous ca hotelul e full . Le-am aratat disponibilitatea de pe booking, s-a facut ca da 2 telefone si au refuzat sa ne schimbe camera.
Mic dejun cel mai sărac pe care l-am intalnit vreodată

Pros:

The location is great. Seaside close. Famous old building and bazars are close to the hotel. T1 station is also close . The receptionist guy Called Amir is doing an excellent job really taking care of the guests.

Cons:

The breakfast was boring a little bit. I mean the same food every morning.

It’s wasn’t the greatest but it was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was big let down drains in bathroom was blocked asked for extra pillow blanket didn’t get 1 staff was brilliant apart from the black man he wasn’t helpful at all

Cons:

Breakfast could do better and any maintenance work should be done on request like unblocking drains

В общем все хорошо,персонал дружелюбный,вид красивый с балкона,но номер не 19 кВ .м как заявлено,и кровать далеко не суп
