The way the spa bath is built in the suite, it leaks when u have a spa... no matter what, it's ridiculous

In regards to all of the above, whoever paids for a room in 210 at the Napier Nautilus, you will never get your nond back... and it's alot of money $ 309.00 your getting scam out of....
The location was perfect and the amenities were lovely. The room was comfortable and the balcony view was spectacular. The staff accommodated our late check-in and check-out requests wonderfully. The aquarium and CBD were only a short walk away.
The bed sheets and floor had a few stains in them. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the spa bath was a tad finicky to get going.
I have stayed here in the past and it has been excelent but due to unforseen issues with staff this will be my last stay here, I booked online for an executive suite, I was told I had to pay extra for the spa, and other extras, this was not true and so the staff member would not give the room, we came to an agreement but she had removed the bar, the spa bath plug so it couldn't be used, I had paid for all.these extras so felt entiley ripped off upset and was not compensated after telling the staff the next day

Location of accommodation
I parked in the car park provided. Was surprised to wake and find my vehicle (right side, nearest fence) covered in bird shit. I would suggest it not be used for parking. I did not take photos but have no doubt that owners are aware of this. There was an orange road cone in a car park outside my room. Perhaps that had been moved. Otherwise, no problems.

Noise , not sure if cab do anything about this as on main rd but doors are double glaze?
I needed to be more clear yes stayed 2nights yes put sign up do not disturb but good stock of towels I needed to ask for. Maybe if room prepped before I arrive including another milk, tea towel but yeah will remember.
