Recommended for comfort and value for money
Pros:

Our suite was upgraded to suite with a sea view and spa bath (the hotel was not full as it is mid-winter). It was spacious and comfortable. Great location - we walked everywhere, along the beach and into town. Also short walk to supermarket and aquarium. There is a balcony to sit on, which would be great in the summer when the evening is longer. We also enjoyed watching Netflix on the huge screen in the room. Would stay again and happy to recommend.

Great place
Pros:

First time back in Napier in almost 30 years. Accommodation is across from the beach, small distance from the national aquarium, museum, pania on the reef, sound shell and the city, warehouse 1min drive away
The room was clean, warm and big enough for my family
Spa bath was excellent

Great view
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights ,spacious seating dining area, great view, big spa bath, television in lounge and bedroom

Cons:

On arrival to room had to get house keeping in to clean extractor fan full of dust. No wardrobe space to hang clothing it was used to hold iron board and spare bedding,poor maintenance bit of damage to room divider looked like smoke burn in curtain.

Pros:

Balcony with awesome view, spacious room. Very comfortable bed in separate room. Shower was great, good flow and hot water.
