We enjoyed the cave and the restaurant and bar was great.

Cons:

No hot water for the entire stay...... no clear cut information was giving upon check in...... the gate man at night was absent. We had to blow and blow before some one came to let us in at night. We wanted to go out but stayed in because a weren't sure we would be let back in after 12am. We didn't know where to walk after the doors were closed. We had to wait until the office open even if we wanted to check out early because the office has your cash deposit yet closes until 9am.

The accommodation was convenient for a 1 night stay.
Pros:

The customer service was excellent, and the staff made me feel truly welcome. I would especially like to commend Deandra, who served our table at the restaurant. Her professionalism was evident from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was quite basic—suitable if you're simply looking for a convenient place to sleep and shower. It included an air conditioner and a TV, but anything beyond that came at an extra cost. It would have been nice to have at least the option to make a cup of tea in the morning without an additional charge.
