Pros:

1. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Like Palak, front office staff who had studied hotel management in Bangalore and Sneha Choudry.
2. The room was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations.
3. Since I am 81 years old had difficulty in climbing to our room.
4. Again I repeat my complaint of not getting complimentary breakfast for long standing members of the sterling family.

It’s go to place if you are not going to city in night time.
Pros:

Property was ok ok but location is bit off.
Transportation to back to the property was not well. It was very much expensive and very hard to find if you are coming back from city area at night time where all good things located.

Quality and responsiveness of housekeeping.

Rooms are very well equipped with furniture, clean and well kept.

Humble staff doing their jobs sincerely to delight. the guests. Ideal for a tranquil stay without noise..

.Food was fresh and great.

Cons:

Food portions in room service can be better.

Less variety in the breakfast buffet and understaffed restaurant..

The live music volume needs to be reduced given the relatively smaller size of restaurants. The restaurant and bar area can be merged during peak hours.

Among the restaurant staff, the lady is extremely efficient, others can do better..

Decent stay but far away from the town centre

Nothing to boast about.
Pros:

B/f is served from 7.30am to 10.30am .Food were bit spicey. Full occuppancy were there for two 2days in the dining hall.
Cute children were seen moving around. Seating facility for them should be looked into. iddli served on all days were not upto the standard,especially for a South Indian like me. Fruit platter should have more variety.

Cons:

ON checking into the room bad odour waqs coming from the toilet. No prooper cleaning was not done. Litterally we have summon the reception desk. Even the bed spread and other sheets were dirty. W got it chnaged . THree of us checked in . But they had provided only two bath room towels and other toilettries. No lighting in the area where they have kept tea,sugar,milk sachets, water jug. Een the no of satchets kept were not sufficient and when called for replenishment we got a negative reply that store keeper/store manager had left for the day. next day morning I had to go out and take tea from road side vendor. tasted tea served in earthen tea cups. First day evening we lost nearly two hours in getting things done .

Rather disappointing
Pros:

The bed was fine. When we arrived at about 8.39 we were very tired and wanted something quick to eat so we ordered soup and spring rolls. After 10 minutes were were told the sitting rolls would be 25 mind so we just asked for toast. We were told that would also be 25 minutes!

Cons:

The bathroom was certainly on need of an upgrade and it was very noisy
