They are not checking online booking
Cons:

We booked the place while we are in kandy and we reach dambulla @7.30 pm same day. When we are in the tuk tuk we call the property to get the direction. That time the guy inform us he was busy and he didnt check online checking, and the worst thing the place was fully booked.This makes me disappointed and my phone was about to dead. He even didnt apologize for his mistake insted he send us to another place which is the service was perfect but the place was not up to standards. I was embarrassing during my visit to dambulladue to lack of communication from the property. Early that day they send me the confirmation trough booking.com so i was not expecting this kind of poor management from the property.
