Pros:

Hotel je situovaný priamo pri Štrbskom plese. Kúsok od hotela je stanica električky. Personál bol veľmi milý. Raňajky chutné a rôznorodé. Všetko bolo čisté.

Cons:

Vo wellnese mi chýbali prezlikarne, kde by bolo možné sa vyzliecť z plaviek. Veľa ľudí chodilo do sáun v plavkách.

Snídaně i jídlo z jídelního lístku bylo výborné, super servis skibusu na telefon, ochota příjemného personálu.
Cons:

Z dřívější zkušenosti jsme byli zvyklí, že malé děti do wellness neměli přístup, aktuálně nás překvapil současný stav, kdy malé děti tam narušují pohodu relaxu. Jinak jsme byli spokojení.
