I had a great time!

Pros:

Чарівне місце. Ми приїхали в цей готель другий раз. Перший раз були тут 24 роки тому назад. У 2002 році. Все було дуже добре. Готель справив такеж приємне враження,як і 24 роки тому. Особливо сподобалась зона СПА.

Beautiful Tatra National Park
Pros:

Beautiful location, nice and clean rooms, housekeepers and restaurant staff are very polite and kind.

Cons:

No coffee/tea in deluxe room and lack of amentities.
Peter K. at the reception could have a real smile and not only sarcastic one if he talks to people who are from other country and could learn to say bye etc before guests saying it few times. The black curly hair lady is wonderful at the reception.
Small car park for a big size hotel.
