Komfort Zone is a great choice for groups or work teams
Pros:

We stayed at Komfort Zone in Wolfsburg as a group in November, and our experience was very positive. The apartments were clean, warm, and fully prepared when we arrived. Each unit had everything we needed — comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and stable Wi-Fi — which made our stay convenient and stress-free, especially for a larger group.

One thing that really stood out was our communication with Larisa. She was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and she made sure we felt supported before and during our stay. This level of communication made organizing a group trip much easier.

Check-in was straightforward, and parking on site was a big plus since we traveled with multiple cars. The location is a bit outside the city center, so having a car helps a lot — but for us, this wasn’t an issue.

Komfort Zone is a great choice for groups or work teams looking for clean, practical, and well-equipped apartments at a good price. Thanks to Larisa’s excellent communication and the comfortable setup, we would gladly stay here again.

Nettes Appartement für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Gutes Appartement für einen Kurzurlaub in Wolfsburg. Das Appartement liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, es ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut einen Kilometer entfernt, dafür sind das Biosphärenreservat Drömling und der Mittellandkanal nur ein paar hundert Meter entfern und laden zu Wanderungen und Radtouren ein. Das Zentrum von Wolfsburg ist ca. vier Kilometer entfernt.
Das Appartement war sauber, das Bad sehr geräumig. Die Matratzen waren fest, aber nicht unbequem.
In der Anlage sind wohl viele Appartements, die an Handwerker vermietet werden.
Bei der Anreise fehlten ein paar in der Ausstattung aufgezählten Dinge. Diese wurden aber zügig gebracht, obwohl es früher Abend am Sonntag war.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas spärlich. Es gibt wohl ein Problem damit, dass manche Mieter Dinge bei der Abreise mitnehmen.
Ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

Ein sehr sehr schönes Zimmer. Tolle Einrichtung.
Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Etwas außerhalb von Wolfsburg. Auto wäre gut. Wie die Busverbindungen sind kann ich nicht sagen.

Cons:

Früh halb 6 war die Nacht vorbei. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt vor der gemeinschaftsküche. Da haben die Handwerker gefrühstückt. Dementsprechend war es laut.

Voor ons voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Comfortabel bed. Ruim appartement. Makkelijk toegankelijk. Het appartement ligt 4 a 5 kilometer van het centrum. In ons geval met de fiets was dat geen probleem. Voor fietstochten is dit een goede uitvalsbasis.

Cons:

Stoelen aan de tafel. In overleg met de verhuurster was dit snel geregeld.

Clean but inconvenient
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

It’s not a serviced place as in hotels. My room was very badly located, just in front of the kitchen. Everyday at 6:00/7:00 PM, other tenants would come to the kitchen and cook food while playing very loud music and partying as if there’s no one else except them.
They would dash, throw, and hit stuff in a very loud and aggressive way. Even, in the mornings, the same story is repeated.
Overall, it was not comfortable to stay in this place. There’s noise most of the time and carelessness towards others’ comfort.

I loved my stay very much. I will be glad to come again.
Pros:

The lady that received me has an excellent customer relationship. She was very homely, caring and seeks the best service for a guest. Also, there was a gentle man in Room 6 or 7 who was superb. He is kind and very caring too.
This accommodation is a home and i recommend it for anyone who wishes to rest in an exclusively peaceful environment.

Cons:

Lack of personal mobility was a challenge. It was a bit hard to teck to the nearest Bus stop and no one cares to assist even if you are a stranger. So i advice anyone lodging there to arrange for personal transportation.

I liked everything very much, I would not mind booking this room again.
Pros:

Great room with a desk, TV and air conditioning. Good kitchen and bathroom. There are necessary utensils for cooking, refrigerator, microwave, stove. You can wash clothes for 2 euros, there is a dryer. Everything is clean and tidy and in excellent condition.

Cons:

The location is not the most convenient, it is not close to the city center.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay and will be booking another stay next time we are in Wolfsburg.
Pros:

Staff was incredibly helpful and were very quick to be of service when needed. The room was the perfect size with a great kitchen and bathroom. Honestly a place that could be lived in comfortably. Easy parking. Would recommend staying at the Komfort Zone to anybody traveling through Wolfsburg.
