Great Galway location.
Pros:

Excellent location - easy to walk all over town. Nice view of the canal.

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight and we had a Corolla HB. Bed was a bit too hard for us.

Good location and safe accomodations
Pros:

Location was convenient to walk to groceries and attractions. The unit was clean, spacious and secure.

Cons:

The street noise was ever present, as we were situated on a low level, facing the street. We had a view of the appliance store. It felt more like student housing, to be honest. Once we got used to the layout and routine, it was fine. Laundry was located on premises, but not in the unit and requires a few euros, so bring $.

Adequate and clean. Would like to have staff on site (advertised as a hotel accommodation.)
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious. Convenient location within walking distance of places to eat and entertainment

Cons:

Bed is very hard, the television box remote did not work at all. Did not use much anyway, but had to use the controls on the box to get weather, local news. Not ideal, not a big deal for us. Would be nice to have a change machine, or card controls on the laundry. Almost useless for us because we use cards during our stay and did not have cash. No staff on site to assist or provide for needs, missing items. The Apartstays we had in Dublin had a receiption desk and on site staff which was very nice. Could have been clearer on the site.

Loved the location of the accommodation, so close to shops and bars
2 balconies and a lovely big walk in shower

Cons:

Kitcen could do with some more utensils and cooking equipment, jugs, can opener

Great, quiet central location. Spacious apartment. Very good!
Pros:

Spacious, clean, great quote but central location. Great basement car parking. We had 3 motorcycles, so very important.

Cons:

Just a few basis cooking ingredient items would have helped in the kitchen.

Excellent location, comfortable room.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, just a short walk over the bridge to the city centre. Underground car parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was an issue in contacting us about collecting keys. A resident was able to give us the address of the agent who was helpful otherwise we had no way of contacting anyone. The wifi didn't work even after the agent gave us two different passwords.

Pros:

Spacious apartment right on the canal! It was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful stay, close to lots of cafes were able to walk everywhere. Thank you!

Cons:

Had a tiny bit of trouble finding change for the laundry facilities and had to purchase washing powder.

Great clean aparthotel, great location!
Pros:

Very clean, two bathrooms were great, kitchen stocked with the essentials, and free underground parking included were all very appreciated! And it was far enough from the shopping and restaurant district to be quiet and residential, but close enough to walk there to enjoy.

Cons:

There are a lot of stairs - people need to know that. Also, there was only one kitchen towel, no paper towels, no basics like salt and pepper.
