Pros:

The bars, the golf course, and the staff.

Cons:

The driving range is separate to the hotel, with range balls that are 10 years + old and drop out of the sky. No chipping or pitching facilities. So keep this in mind if this is an intended golf trip that you’ll need to save your golf for the course, don’t waste your time with practice facilities.
Expected a little more from a golf resort with such a magnificent course.

Apartments were nice and spacious

Cons:

Food menu for vegetarians is very limited if there for several nights both lunch and dinner. Breakfast continental is limited, particularly for children. No working air con in apartments (units appear to be broken) ans we had newborn to try and keep cool.

Great food and spa experience

Cons:

Slow service. Would be asked for a fresh round of drinks or coffee with breakfast and neither would appear and sat waiting for a period of time. When you would enquire about the drinks or coffee order you are told the barista is too busy or the bar is too busy.
Better off being straight up when asked for teas, Coffees, beer etc rather than taking the order and not following through with it.

Exceptional staff, incredibly friendly, accommodating and professional. Nothing was a bother and everything done with smiles. Incredible staff, particularly the waiters and waitresses.

Lovely hotel but disappointing service
Pros:

Lovely food, great decor and very clean.

Cons:

The bar was very disorganised. We waited 45 minutes for one cocktail, there wasn’t ingredients to make two mocktail options and then one main course only arrived after the rest of the group had finished eating. Staff were very friendly and polite but service left a lot to be desired.
