Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Staff fantastic. Rooms beautiful and perfect. Grounds georgous. Spa excellent.

Cons:

The menu was very limited in the bar. Same menu daily with very little choice and not the standard or presentation I would expect from a 4 star hotel

Lovely hotel and spa with excellent facilities.
Pros:

Very comfortable room and a lovely hotel. We visited the spa which was excellent. Dinner in the bar and breakfast were both really good and staff serving were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Our check in experience was a little disorganised.

Очень приветливый персонал, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Везже чисто.
Вкусный черный хлеб на завтраке.

Cons:

Бассейн разочаровал, нвутри вместе с посетителями отеля находились родители на лежаках приведшие своих детей на уроки плавания в уличеой обуви, на регистратуре продали шапочки для бассейна но внутри половина посетителей была без них, работники совершенно не заботятся об требовоних и никому не делали замечаний по этому поводу. Зачем тогда настаивать на наличии шапочек если никто не соблюдает эти правила?
Совершенно нечем заняться в округе, гольф клуб по близости только доступен для членов клуба и посетители отнеля не могут гулять по его теретории. Фотографии рекламы отеля включают територию гольф клуба к которому у гостей отеля нет доступа!
Есть догожка по кустам в обход гольф клуба где мессные жители выгуливают своих собак, как результат, везде пахнет мочей, воляется мусор и большая вероятность вляпаться в экскременты.
Завтрак так же разочаровал, хам и сыр был полностью разобран к 9 утра, очень органиченый выбор, при этом запись по времени должна быть обязательной. Заказали омнет который передержали.
Очень ужасная, на любителя, ретро музыка. Ориентация отеля на клиентов 65+ , кто очень мало двигается.

A staff member entered our riom whil i was sleeping at 12.35 am my partner was awake and she did not sleep after that as a result of this intrusive person

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are very nice, clean and elegant. Restaurants for dinner and breakfast were excellent with fantastic staff.
We used the cinema which was a great treat. We also used the pool which was very nice.
Highly recommend.
