Very clean comfortable relaxing stay but room for improvement
Pros:

Extremely well maintained and very tidy. Staff were very friendly and made the trip very easy

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t up to scratch food wasn’t cooked fresh and was extremely disappointing.

We were put in a disabled room which we thought was strange and also the lighting is very bad in the room we were in. TV kept losing signal as did wifi. Food was very nice as were the staff

Staff were professional. Very relaxed atmosphere. No fault with the sleeping accommodation. Very good food.

Cons:

Booked dinner in restaurant for 8:30 after being rang from hotel wanting to know if I wanted to book dinner ,hotel rang back when I was enroute to hotel about 2 hours later to say restaurant was busy with golfers so cancelled my reservation , asked them to just cancel my booking and I would book somewhere else but they wouldn’t do that as it was within 48
hours of stay, just really unhelpful and couldn’t understand why when staying at a hotel that you might expect to get a dinner after booking it ,when we landed then we were put into a disabled room that we hadn’t booked , after an hour of a row in lobby eventually got my money refunded and went to a different hotel , all could have been avoided if either they honoured my dinner booking or cancelled booking altogether like I had requested before I arrived ,

Beautiful apartment

Cons:

The heat in the apartment was unbearable. One bedroom had double doors onto the balcony, it was still unbearably hot. My daughter had to sleep in the sitting room as the other bedroom had no windows. It was like a sauna. We did request extra fans, which we got promptly. I know it was an exceptionally warm day but there really needs to be better fans or air conditioning.
