Location, helpful staff. Stored my luggage on checkout day and I changed into travel clothes after skiing.

Good ski racks & boot heaters in the ski room.

Cons:

It would be helpful if some tools - screwdrivers, pliers - were available in the ski room.. (can be fastened to wall with wire cable to prevent theft).

L'aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stato lo staff gentile e disponibile, le procedure di check-in e check-out molto veloci e fluide.
La prenotazione è stata fatta last minute per emergenza e dunque anche questo è stato un aspetto positivo.
Sicuramente anche la posizione centrale in paese vicina agli impianti di risalita e servizi come ristoranti e parcheggi è vantaggiosa.

Cons:

La nostra prenotazione presso la struttura è stata fatta per emergenza last minute e dunque il nostro principale obiettivo era quello di avere un alloggio molto vicino per riscaldarci e riposare. Le esigenze sono state rispettate per questo caso specifico, non credo lo prenoterei come alloggio se dovessi passare delle vacanze a Cervinia.
L'hotel rispecchia molto le tipiche caratteristiche standard di una struttura a 3 stelle, stesso discorso per i servizi e la colazione. Si tratta solo di preferenza personale e come si ha piacere di vivere un soggiorno. Ringrazio comunque molto lo staff dell'hotel che ci ha accolto e che ci ha salvato da una serata gelida di gennaio.
