I loved it that the Doogs Are very Friendly and welcomed

Cons:

It is very expensive for Thailand and it was Not Worth it. The Room was Not clean, we had a cockroach in our room! You Can smell the canal in the room.
Without a scooter it is impossible to Go anywhere.
Pool cant be used it‘s too Dirty

The property has potential, but it’s not managed at all properly and when you pay higher rates for a resort, the service and experience should all so much.

Cons:

The resort has potential, but there’s no lack of management or support from the staff. The common area has been turned into more of their personal area while the entire grounds is dirty and unkept when I showed up to the resort, the pool was unswayable, and I was going to cancel my booking, but they assured me it would be fixed the following day which it never was. Therefore, I feel I was tricked and lied to to stay at the hotel, which is very disappointing.

The local staff were generally kind but did not keep their agreements with them. The big boss Philip, who you communicated with by phone or letter, was an arrogant and lying thief.

We had a very bad experience at this accommodation.PARADIS VERT. We booked and paid for 5 nights for two bungalows. At first, we were shown two bungalows. But then other people moved to the other bungalow. When we told them about it, we agreed with the staff that we could stay in one bungalow for three more nights as compensation. We took this into account and bought our flight tickets and booked accommodation in Chiang Mai. We had a correspondence with someone named Philip. But then the Philip wrote to us that we still had to move out and we wouldn't get three more nights. Or we would have to pay more. Then, without consulting us, they cancelled the other bungalow on Booking.com as if we had given up on it without compensation. We feel very cheated. We paid double for the accommodation by staying in one bungalow instead of two. In addition, the accommodation advertised a swimming pool. The pool doesn't work. There is water, but the filter systems don't work and the water is green and dirty.

Det var välstädat och fint och super smidigt med en promenad till utkiksplatsen som var helt fantastisk och super god mat.

Cons:

Låg lite långt ifrån allt och svårt att kommunicera med personalen. Och poolen kändes inte ok.. (var grön när vi var där… men den kanske höll på att rengöras..?! )

Soweit janz jut ...lage war jut Zentral aber man brauch ein Roller...Verpflegunng sollte man sich lieber selber kümmer..
zum Rollerfahren war es echt schön
Zum Viepoint war es 5 min mit Roller.

Overall, the place is not terrible. It has good views and large rooms, but that is where the positives end. The pool looks more like a swamp than a place to relax. On the way to your room, you have to walk past technical areas, construction zones, random people, storage spaces and piles of building materials. It is obvious that the property is not being maintained at all. No one seems to care about it. If there were not such high demand in Krabi right now, I doubt anyone would choose to stay here.

Очень понравилось месторасположение — гостиница находится вдалеке от суеты, тихо и спокойно. Номер был большой и чистый, находиться в нём было комфортно. Отдельный плюс — уютная веранда, где приятно посидеть вечером. Персонал ненавязчивый: не беспокоили, но при необходимости с удовольствием помогали. Если не обращать внимания на небольшие мелочи (шатающийся кран и подтекающий сифон), в целом впечатление осталось положительное.
Средство передвижения (машина или скутер) - необходимы!

Sehr abgelegen. Ohne Fahrzeug ist man aufgeschmissen.
Ein so abgelegenes Resort braucht absolut ein effizientes Restaurant, wo man nicht alles - selbst das Getränk ein Tag im Voraus bestellen muss. Das ist ein „NO GO“!

Obwohl ein Restaurant und Bar auf der Webseite vermerkt war, ist das Restaurant und Bar nicht in Betrieb . Das Hotel liegt völlig abgelegen und Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeit weit davon entfernt. Man kann zwar ein Essen 1 Tag im voraus bestellen und Getränke, klappte aber nicht 100 %-ig, da die Getränke fehlten. Ohne Fahrzeug ist man aufgeschmissen. Kein Restaurantbetrieb ein No-go. An den Hunden hatte ich meine Freude. Pool o.k. , war etwas gewobnheitsbedürftig mit einer Folie am Boden.

Kein Restaurant- und Barbetrieb!
