Pros:

La dame qui gère l établissement est très sympa et elle fait tout ce qu elle peut mais elle est pas trop aidé

Cons:

La piscine était inutilisable à mon arrivée l eau était verte et il n'y avait pas de filtration et c'est resté comme ça jusqu'à mon départ

Il y a trois chiens affamés qui vous vole votre nourriture dès que vous avez le dos tourné

Вполне комфортно и с красивым видом, но без обслуживания.
Pros:

Подъехали где-то в 19:30 – ворота на цепи, кругом темно и тихо, но, слава богу, на столбе есть номер, куда звонить. На том конце практически не говорили по-английски, но отперли нам быстро и даже помогли с багажом. Возникла приветливая школьница-подросток, с которой единственной и возможно было как-то объясняться (взрослые понимали нас слабо). Она попросила распечатку брони, показала где в номере что и предостерегла оставлять за порогом обувь из-за местных сторожевых собак. Больше мы эту школьницу не видели.
Зато удобный просторный номер и даже витражи в ванной :). Исправный мини-холодильник, хороший нешумный кондиционер, чайник, пара бутылок воды, туалетная бумага – всё в наличии. Отдельно порадовало, что было на что повесить полотенца в санузле, дверь между туалетом и ванной, и то, что в номере, кроме шкафов есть полки где можно легко разложить чемоданы. Всё чистое, включая полотенца и постельное бельё. Комаров не было (начало марта). Но это джунгли, так что первым делом пришлось отлавливать жучка и паучка (залетели на яркий свет, когда мы заселялись?).
Кровать широкая, но тайского типа – а это деревянный подиум с матрасом-матом от силы в 3-4 пальца толщиной. Я спал как младенец, а вот жене с нарушенной осанкой пришлось жёстковато.
Из моющих средств только два стандартных мыльца, остальное сказали "finished", так что везите с собой.
Попыток прибираться в нашем номере за те 3 дня, что мы там были, никто не предпринял, а специально мы не спрашивали.
Место очень спокойное и тихое. Виды с любой точки изумительные. У каждого домика небольшая веранда, где приятно перекусить. Территория красивая и ухоженная, явно обрабатывалась от насекомых.
До ближайших достопримечательностей машиной минут 25-30, до пляжей также. Бассейн освежает и нормального размера; Только он с лайнерным внутренним покрытием и плёнка кое-где слегка подвздулась.

Вывод:
Самостоятельным путешественникам, как мы, будет вполне комфортно. Тем, кому обязателен сервис – лучше в другое место.

Cons:

На Booking указан ресторан и даже приложены соответствующие фото, поэтому мы рассчитывали на какой-никакой ужин и докупить завтраки на месте (т.к. нам было нужно только на один день).
По факту, сотрудники в открытую используют место ресторана для собственного отдыха. На вопрос про ужин нам посоветовали прокатиться до "7/11"; на завтрак тоже оказалось "no cooking".
После увидел по отзывам что никакого ресторана там нет уже давно, он, тем не менее, по-прежнему заявлен.
Хотелось бы актуальную информацию на Booking, тем более, если там даже разогреть свою еду вам не предложат.

I loved it that the Doogs Are very Friendly and welcomed

Cons:

It is very expensive for Thailand and it was Not Worth it. The Room was Not clean, we had a cockroach in our room! You Can smell the canal in the room.
Without a scooter it is impossible to Go anywhere.

The property has potential, but it’s not managed at all properly and when you pay higher rates for a resort, the service and experience should all so much.

The resort has potential, but there’s no lack of management or support from the staff. The common area has been turned into more of their personal area while the entire grounds is dirty and unkept when I showed up to the resort, the pool was unswayable, and I was going to cancel my booking, but they assured me it would be fixed the following day which it never was. Therefore, I feel I was tricked and lied to to stay at the hotel, which is very disappointing.

But then other people moved to the other bungalow. When we told them about it, we agreed with the staff that we could stay in one bungalow for three more nights as compensation. We took this into account and bought our flight tickets and booked accommodation in Chiang Mai. We had a correspondence with someone named Philip. But then the Philip wrote to us that we still had to move out and we wouldn't get three more nights. Or we would have to pay more. Then, without consulting us, they cancelled the other bungalow on Booking.com as if we had given up on it without compensation. We feel very cheated. We paid double for the accommodation by staying in one bungalow instead of two. In addition, the accommodation advertised a swimming pool. The pool doesn't work. There is water, but the filter systems don't work and the water is green and dirty.

Det var välstädat och fint och super smidigt med en promenad till utkiksplatsen som var helt fantastisk och super god mat.

Cons:

Låg lite långt ifrån allt och svårt att kommunicera med personalen. Och poolen kändes inte ok.. (var grön när vi var där… men den kanske höll på att rengöras..?! )

zum Rollerfahren war es echt schön

Overall, the place is not terrible. It has good views and large rooms, but that is where the positives end. The pool looks more like a swamp than a place to relax. On the way to your room, you have to walk past technical areas, construction zones, random people, storage spaces and piles of building materials. It is obvious that the property is not being maintained at all. No one seems to care about it. If there were not such high demand in Krabi right now, I doubt anyone would choose to stay here.

Pros:

Очень понравилось месторасположение — гостиница находится вдалеке от суеты, тихо и спокойно. Номер был большой и чистый, находиться в нём было комфортно. Отдельный плюс — уютная веранда, где приятно посидеть вечером. Персонал ненавязчивый: не беспокоили, но при необходимости с удовольствием помогали. Если не обращать внимания на небольшие мелочи (шатающийся кран и подтекающий сифон), в целом впечатление осталось положительное.
Средство передвижения (машина или скутер) - необходимы!
