Pros:

Great location for Birmingham airport, excellent value for money for those looking for a bed , Adnans kebab shop next door do a fantastic Chicken Tikka in Naan bread. Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Little bit of noise from road outside but not enough to spoil my stay

Pros:

Very helpful & friendly staff. Location for Birm airport, apart from difficulty to find car park.

Cons:

Found it difficult to find the car park. Best to use Google maps rather than car sat nav. Bed a bit small. Kettle in recepton, would have liked it in room.

It was a short, one night, no frills stay, and exactly what I needed.
Pros:

Adnans is actually a curry house next door. I got what I think was the tastiest curry I have ever had. Top marks there.

Cons:

It's on a very busy dual carriageway, and the route into the hotel car park isn't immediately evident.

The hotel stay did not meet the expectations advertised. Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel wasn’t were it was advertised it is in the hotel across the road.
My room had a window open that didn’t have a handle to shut from the inside so the room was freezing. Member of staff shut it from the outside. Bathroom door and shower door did not close properly.

It’s a budget hotel it provides what’s needed a clean comfortable bed.
Pros:

Easy to find easy access via road to local area
Staff polite

Cons:

Car park very busy hard to find a space maintenance could be better
The tv was propped against the wall and the reception of the channels very poor

Fairly good value - did the job.
Pros:

Quiet room near a busy main road. Close to bus stop to /from airport location. En-suite bathroom good size. Concierge pointed out other facilities close by And the location of the bus stop.

Cons:

Room was very stark basic plain - no soft furnishings or pictures on walls. Strongly suggest provide a bedside lamp as main light very glaring. TV remote needed a good clean.

😏 Did not take any. Just need to get a good cleaner.

The property was a little dated. Wall paper torn. Needs decoration.

Cons:

The room was freezing, I slept in my jumper and used my coat on top. The mattress only had one sheet and around the edge of the mattress was dirty and the cupboard needed cleaning. The carpet edge looked like it had not hoovered.
