The venue was very close to the NEC. This was perfect for us. The staff were all friendly and the takeaway attached, Adnans, did lovely food. The bedding looked new and clean which was nice. The price was so cheap, especially as we booked late, that you can't really expect much for such a cheap cost.
The room was quite dirty, there were soiled clothes on top of the wardrobe left by previous occupants. There was also about 20 digestive biscuits there as well. The shower had a pitiful stream of water and was loose on the wall, I'm tall and tried to adjust the height and it felt like the whole thing would come off. The plug socket on the wall was loose and the lamp next to the bed was chipped and held together with sticky tape. The smell in the room was overwhelming and made my eyes water when i first entered. I have no idea what was causing it.
Convenient location, free parking. Friendly staff.. for the price, we got what we paid for.
Limited amenities (no kettle in room). Shower door dropped every time you entered, hard to reseat. Shower cubicle very small. Bed was comfy. Rooms needed a redecoration really, scuffed walls, switches painted over and never cleaned off, carpet had some staining, but room was clean if dated. Window catches broken.

Very handy to airport ,was allowed to book in early as I was very tired after a long flight from Jamaica,

Perfect to get to the airport early this morning
Arrived believing there would be a restraunt but found it didn’t open on Sunday

Staff were soo helpful and friendly ..picked me up from airport at 2am for 10 pounds ..2 double beds in room all towels and free tea coffee and hot chocolate in morning downstairs

Close to airport. bus stop across busy road out of there.
Not much space, no kettle in room had to go down stairs but couldn’t really access it due to piles of laundry in way.
Room door wouldn’t open fully due to carpet dragging on it.
Front door was damaged on lock and struggled at times to get in
Had to ring reception on arrival from number on door. When finally arrived he was I wouldn’t say rude but got the feeling that every day was a bad day and I was an inconvenience.
Reasonably priced and handy for the airport. I'd certainly have no hesitation in using them again.

Got what I paid for - cheap room while just needing 5 hours to get my head down after a late flight before work. This is not a holiday hotel but cheap easy stay for a night

Good location for the airport and a cheap price.
Tatty looking and outdated, dirty looking bathroom and stained shower tray, no lock or mechanism to shut the toilet door and french doors to the room were not very secure. Very thin walls. Heard neighbours rutting away for an hour at 2am.
