Perfect little hotel near the Duomo
Pros:

The location is perfect! Less than a block from the Duomo, and lots of shopping, restaurants, museums and other sites to visit. The staff at Perseo are always available, and always gracious and willing to help with whatever is needed.

Cons:

The room itself is very small, which is common for European hotels and was fine for me traveling alone; a couple or family would be very tight. There are traditional metal keys for the room doors, and the key must be left at the front desk when you leave and collected when you return, which wasn’t a problem for me (I thought it was very quaint), but I could see some people having issues with that.

Pros:

La vue sur la coupole de la cathédrale.
L'emplacement idéal.

Cons:

Le mur ouvert de la chambre qui donne sur le couloir d'entrée.
Les murs un peu froid à notre arrivée.

Le prix de la chambre est un peu cher à mon goût mais l’ensemble était bien
Pros:

Nous n’avions Pas de voiture
Le petit déjeuner était bien et surtout le personnel sympathique efficace et souriant
Une agréable surprise « une bouteille de proscecco «  offerte pour fêter et complèter l’anniversaire de ma petite fille. Ce cadeau nous nous fait très plaisirs.

Cons:

Dépoussiérer l’extérieur de l’ascenseur et bien que propre la chambre aurait besoin d’être rénover
Notre séjour était très bien

Ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione Firenze S.M. Di novella e al centro di Firenze.
Molti bar, ristoranti e negozi nella via sotto la struttura.
Colazione ottima.

Cons:

Situato al 3 piano di un palazzo con un ascensore piuttosto scomodo.

Stanze poco insonorizzate, si sente rumore

A due passi dal Duomo
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto.
La camera 406 era pulita ed accogliente. Letto comodissimo. Il personale super gentile. La colazione ottima.
La posizione centralissima, a due passi dal Duomo.
Tornerò sicuramente. Dimenticavo: c'è la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio ed usare un bagno di servizio anche dopo il check out.
