Central location and pleasant staff. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was unreliable for team’s calls. It is on the top floors of the building, which on entering is a little shabby. More like a bed and breakfast.

Muy lindo el hotel, lo único que me resfrie ahí entiendo que fue por el aire muy frío del desayunador. A partir del 2do día ya baje con mas abrigo.
La ubicación es muy buena!

Amazing Stay in the Centre of Florence
Pros:

I love that they have 24/7 concierge and free breakfast. The location is impeccable - very central to everything. Special mention to their so soft towel. Overall, our stay was comfortable and could not ask for more.

Cons:

O quarto cheirava muito mofo, o box do chuveiro vazava e molhava todo, fotos do banheiro são diferentes do real.

Pros:

La localización, la amabilidad del personal y la habitación. Estuvimos en una habitación cuádruple (2 adultos y dos niñas), la habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba muy limpia.

Cons:

El olor por la ventana de la habitación, daba a un canal, no es un tema del hotel. El canal olía y no podíamos abrir la ventana.

Das Frühstück war super lecker, es gab viele Auswahl und unsere kurze Erinnerung für glutenfrei Lebensmittel wurde nicht vergessen, es gab jeden Tag extra für uns vorbereitet.die Freundlichkeit von Personel war außergewöhnlich. Seit lang habe ich solche Hotel Personel (Empfang, Küche, Housekeeping, jeder Mitarbeiter) nicht mehr gesehen. Die Lage ist, wie man in der Karte sehen kann, wunderschön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war viel kleiner als ich gedacht habe. Außerdem gab es keine geschlossenen Schränke.
