Location! Comfort! And feels like home
Pros:

Haven’t been coming to this property since 2013 when I was assigned as a professor to initiate a study abroad in Siana. I can get to the hotel by walking from the train station and I can also leave from the shuttle that takes you to the airport. I like the property because it is so centrally located yet, it feels like a familiar friend because the breakfast is wonderful you’re greeted when you arrive. You can’t even use a little sitting area if you want to store your bags and just relax in the quiet.

Cons:

I made the mistake of opening the window and somehow the noise in the center was just overwhelming and you really have to keep the windows tightly shut other than that. Everything was beautiful.

Ótima localização e bastante agradável!
Pros:

O hotel possui uma excelente localização, bem próximo a pontos turísticos e a restaurantes e bares. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável, com cama e enxoval bem cuidado e limpos. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e possui uma boa variedade de opções para comer. A recepção possui ótimos atentendes, sempre atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar. Tudo perfeito.

Pros:

Hotel was situated on a Main Street leading up to the duomo next to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly also. Breakfast was pleasant and did the job.

Cons:

Bathroom light flickered and then died by the end of our trip so just something to fix. Be nice if there was an available bar in the facility. Lift was slow sometimes. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe (4 between 3 people)

The daily rate of the hotel is quite expensive considering the facilities and services it offers.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were extremely helpful with everything. The room was quiet and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent—you can easily walk to everywhere. The breakfast was also quite good, with a variety of options that would suit many different tastes.

The daily rate of the hotel is quite expensive considering the facilities and services it offers.

Overpriced and short of expectations
Pros:

The location was very good. The room was clean unlike the communal parts.

Cons:

The hotel was in an old run down building on the 3rd and 4th floor. The breakfast was poor. We paid Euro 400 per night for a family room of 4 which in my view was excessive compared to the state and facilities of the hotel. The communal parts and lift were run down and dirty.

The location was great. It was easy walking distance from the train station and right up the street from the Duomo.

Cons:

Nothing really. Yes the hotel is on the 3rd and 4th levels of the building but the elevator was fine and you never waiting long.
