Aucune communication possible car le personnel, non seulement ,ne fait aucun effort humainement., mais de plus n'est absolument pas formé au tourisme
La propreté ,inexistante.dans ...l'ascenseur aucune trace n'est essuyée...dans les coursives on aperçoit des placards qui regorgent de saletés ,d'objets qui mériteraient d'être jetés immédiatement .
Le restaurant pour le breakfast pourtant compris où un seul plat est possible d'une cuisine mauvaise sur des tables très sales...ils essaient de facturer au maximum....le personnel baille, est avachi sur des chaises le nez dans le téléphone

L’accueil très froid

Le personnel très désagréable.
Le petit déjeuner très succinct, les boissons, thé ou café étaient en extra charge (jamais rencontré ça en 45 ans de voyage). Il a fallu négocier âprement avec le boss pour l'obtenir sans supplément.

Abgewohntes Hotel, schlechter Service und unmotivierte Angstellte.
Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt das Frühstück war spartanisch.
Für die Angestellten war jeder zusätzliche Schritt eine Zumutung.

- Not a very clean room. Though not as bad as some other comments mentioned, there were still some smaller details which needed to be fixed: A) A garbage from the previous guest (the rest of the food in a torn plastic bag with leaking sauce) was forgotten on the corner. B) Some uncleaned gecko poos on that corner as well. C) The bedsheet seems to have been washed, but you could see some yellow and red dirt on it. D) One towel was also not very clean. E) The floor in the bathroom was not very clean. F) The toilet continued making a noise after flushing the water. F) The pipeline of the toilet seemed to be a bit stuck, a previous customer must have thrown the toilet paper inside.

- Though still one of the most affordable, Mekong Hotel is too expensive for its rather shabby quality. Surrounded between the Mekong river and the mountains, Thakhek is a small city with way too many Western tourists and backpackers. The reason why there are some expensive boutique hotels but not many affordable and clean hotels.

Tired and shabby rooms and corridors/reception.

Lots of odd noises at night. While the bed was comfortable it had an odd storage headboard that you couldn’t lean against and only 1 pillow each. There was a sofa in the room but it was very hard. The hotel lacked any soft/outside furniture where you could relax and enjoy the view. The 2 days we were there we didn’t see anyone using the restaurant.
