Perfect location, great staff

La vétusté des locaux, des équipements, le défaut d'entretien et de ménage,l'attente devant l'hôtel pour rentrer a l'accueil...
Cet hôtel vous conviendra si vous êtes âgés de plus de 77 ans,vous y serez considérés uniquement si vous arrivez en bus par lot de 50,la suite de votre sejour n est pas loin vous aurez le choix de votre funérarium, en effet il y en a 3 autour de l hotel...
Si vous réservez sur booking ,ils vous donneront leur pire chambre, juste en dessous de la salle de restaurant où le personnel et les clients piétinent bruyamment de 5h du matin à 8h puis de 19 h à 23h40...
Lovely location, nice breakfast, right on the coast.
Location was excellent and parking available albeit downna steep driveway .cosy wee room but despite the searing 30 + temperatures and no fan it was cool enough to sleep comfortably with window open and shower was perfect .breakfast I was advised by staff to come down later because they had two large coach parties in so at 9 am I was spot on for a fantastic English breakfast and fresh pot of coffee ....staff were hectically busy but still very chipper which was lovely to witness ..
Nothing really it was tremendous last minute impulse booking and I was disappointed that they were full otherwise I'd have stayed another relaxing night .right beside the park too and I was worried that the crazy golf Pirate yoyho ho noise might keep me awake but I had no issues at all .

The view from the room was amazing
The whole hotel could do with a makeover. Wallpaper is really old and drab. Paintwork needs doing to brighten it up and cushions on the furniture in reception need to be cleaned. This hotel could be beautiful with a little tlc

We had grown floor twin room .with door to small garden chairs dirty. Could not sit out.all mess around the door. Needed sweeping.very untidy.
Staff all friendly . Shower was really good . Breakfast was good also
There was a terrible "droning" noise all night in our room kept us awake very very annoying turned out to be a generator of sorts attached to the building . As we were in the basement it was heard all night.

Breakfast for those of us who don't eat cooked eggs,bacon, sausage etc needs to be improved on. I think choice of fruit juice should be offered as part of the meal, instead of "starter"
Fresh fruit to go with cereal such as a banana, the mixed
fruit offered was ok but not great. Putting a pot of tea on the table even before we arrived seemed pointless I don't like stewed tea. One night I had a small accident which required a new sheet on my bed. I was very disappointed to find housekeeping had just remade the bed. I had to ask for a clean sheet to a member of staff, the attitude to this request was seemingly met with some annoyance. I appreciate it was hot and we were all struggling in the heat, but we were paying customers. It was also obvious that this hotels priority tends to lie with customers on coach tours, and this was apparent at breakfast.
