That, they had best size pillow they are very good. Becausr i like low height pillow and they have it.

Cons:

Everthing is average expect money they charge 40 euro for one night with ac. And guus you dont need ac in mombassa

terrible feeling，when I ordered，the picture on booking very well，but after used Google map，I saw the actual features，then I wanna cancel，but it said need to be agreed by hotel，then I waitting for 4hours，its comming to midnight，they refused me，so it force me to come。But strangely enough, when I arrived at this shabby hotel, they told me that I couldn't stay because my order was cancelled? But I still need to pay the full fee. I had a big fight with them, and they quickly said, well, I have received your order now. To tell the truth, I don't believe a word of what the staff said! Because they just want to take my money, but they don't want to provide me with a room. To this end, please pay attention! Please don't compromise on defending your rights at any time! Because if you compromise, there will be more victims! Let all unreasonable things disappear in business situations.
By the way, I will never use booking again for booking's inaction! And uninstall it.

Bon emplacement pour court séjour ou passage en transit.
Pros:

La climatisation. L'ascenseur. Le wifi. Check in de bon niveau. Vue au loin sur les lumières du port. Emplacement pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Tarif abordable.

Cons:

Plomberie très usée, rouillée. Petit-déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Vue de proximité sur le chantier de l'immeuble voisin. Pas d'enseigne à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

I won't be returning.

Cons:

- Rooms need updating.
- Smelly pillows
- One shower towel for three people
- Toilet flush malfunctions
- The receptionist refused my payment via Mpesa or card , telling me they only accepted cash. He then invited me to withdraw money at the nearby Mpesa and return to pay. I wasn't convinced. In fact, I returned the next morning to pay, and
another receptionist told me I could instead choose to pay via Mpesa/card or cash.

Good value hotel
Pros:

One of the closest hotels to Mombasa Sports Club as some teams were also guests at the property. Breakfast is included which is good.

Cons:

The hot shower doesn't work. They said it takes 10 mins to heat but it didn't.you end up having a cold shower 🥶

Safe. Breakfast girl did do her best.

Cons:

I wanted to say it is as good as it cost but no. There are much better options in Mombasa for same money. Its old,rundown with level of grumpiness that fits overall vibe of the hotel in general. They try to keep hotel clean but issues are way too forgone to be considered doable.
