Good stay in Balvanyos
Pros:

The room is amazing. Very big, bed is super comfy.

Cons:

The staff seemed overwhelmed and not to know how to act outside of standard procedures. The bread sauna didn’t work any of the days we were there… which was quite upsetting. There was no reason for it not working either

It’s the greatest place , to enjoy the family time!
Pros:

The fact that now we have the special pool for the family with kids , it’s great .

Cons:

We had some issue with the shower, the water wasn’t constant, either colder or too hot , so for the kids was very unpleasant .
