A fost un sejur perfect
Pros:

Totul a fost excelent. Foarte curat peste tot, personal amabil, camera foarte mare, la SPA ai tot ce iti doresti, pizza f buna, cina poate fi luata la o terasa intr-o atmosfera placuta cu muzica si mancare buna.

Pros:

First of all, I would like to say that we are very grateful for the existence of this resort. This was our fourth time here, and we really appreciate having this type of location in Romania. We like the spa area and the hotel in general, and the location is extraordinary. It is a wonderful area for hiking, with beautiful scenery and plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature.

We appreciate the comfort of the place, and the overall design is pleasant. The spa area, in particular, has a very serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The restaurants are nice and diverse. One small suggestion: it would be great to change the playlist at the Forest restaurant. We feel that a different type of background music — perhaps something more contemporary, from a more recent decade — could make a significant improvement to the atmosphere.

Cons:

During our last stay at Peakture Hotel (before this, we had only stayed at Grand Hotel Balvanyos), it was almost impossible to sleep. Since rest is one of the main reasons to come to such a location, the conditions in the room matter a great deal.

The LED lights on the facade stayed on throughout the night, which meant that the room was never completely dark. Of course, you can close the blinds, but one of the reasons we come to a location like this is to enjoy nature, watch the sunrise, and even see the dark night sky. I would also point out the unnecessary energy consumption of keeping these lights on all night, as well as their potential impact on the local ecosystem.
This seems to be a small design issue rather than a management issue, and it could probably be easily addressed by turning off the facade lights after a certain hour.

Another major inconvenience was the small fridge in the room, which made an unpleasant noise throughout the night. Since the room is intended primarily for rest, sources of noise can become quite disruptive.

From our point of view, the beds are not particularly comfortable, although we understand that this is a subjective matter. We do like the idea of a pillow menu, where guests can try different pillows and purchase the one they prefer. However, we did not find anything comfortable enough during this stay. Perhaps there could be a greater variety of pillows available, including some higher-end (and more expensive) options for guests to try and purchase.

Peisaj superb,in mijlocul naturii,modul perfect de a te relaxa si deconecta de tot ce inseamna viata cotidiana!Personal amabil,comfort si mancare foarte buna,recomand in special restaurantul Fork pentru cei ce vor sa incerce o experienta culinara desavarsita!Revenim cu drag de fiecare data, in fiecare an,aceeasi experienta placuta si relaxanta!

Cons:

Singurul lucru ce nu a fost ok, a fost mirosul neplacut din baie,probabil din cauza canalizarii.Insa acest lucru nu a stricat in nici un fel sejurul nostru.

O mica atenție la detalii nu ar strica. Chiar în fața intrării în hotel era parcată o mașină. Intrarea în hotel era bine să rămână libera.

The hotel is very kid-friendly overall, but I think there is room for improvement when it comes to stroller accessibility. More ramps and stroller-friendly areas would be greatly appreciated.

The steep road leading up to the hotel is already difficult to drive up, let alone navigate with a stroller. It seems to have around a 10° incline, and going downhill with a stroller on the uneven cobblestone surface feels unsafe, especially since there is no proper pedestrian path or stroller-friendly walkway. Improving access in this area would make the hotel much more comfortable and safer for families with young children.

Per total, am avut un sejur foarte plăcut și liniștit. Am găsit oameni calzi, amabili și atenți, iar pentru noi ospitali
Pros:

Am fost cazați la Hotel Peakture Bálványos , de luni până vineri, și am plecat cu o impresie foarte bună.
De cum am ajuns, recepționerul ne-a întâmpinat cu multă amabilitate. Ne-a întrebat cum a fost drumul, dacă suntem obosiți și ne-a oferit foarte multe informații utile despre hotel, restaurante, SPA și obiectivele pe care le putem vizita în zonă.
Pe tot parcursul sejurului am simțit multă ospitalitate și atenție din partea personalului. Contrar unor lucruri pe care le citisem în anumite recenzii, nu ni s-a întâmplat nicio clipă să ni se vorbească în limba maghiară. Dimpotrivă, am remarcat efortul și bunul-simț al tuturor angajaților de a comunica în limba română, de la managerul hotelului și personalul de la recepție până la doamnele care se ocupau de curățenie.
Un detaliu care ne-a plăcut foarte mult a fost atenția acordată zilnic. Un tânăr venea la cameră și ne întreba dacă dorim cafea sau alte produse. Curățenia se făcea zilnic, prosoapele erau schimbate în fiecare zi, iar lenjeria de pat la două zile.
Complexul este foarte elegant, atât prin mobilier și design interior, cât și prin arhitectură și modul în care sunt amenajate spațiile. Se simte atenția acordată detaliilor, iar atmosfera este plăcută și rafinată. Ne-a plăcut în mod deosebit și sala superbă plină de tablouri provenite din vernisajele organizate în cadrul hotelului.
Micul dejun a fost destul de variat și aveai de unde alege. Ca sugestie, pentru familiile cu copii cred că ar fi binevenite și câteva preparate simple, precum griș cu lapte sau orez cu lapte. Am luat micul dejun într-o singură zi la restaurantul Forest și trebuie să recunosc că acolo ni s-a părut și mai bun și mai diversificat.
De altfel, am încercat toate restaurantele din complex, iar Forest a fost preferatul nostru, detașat pe primul loc. Ne-a plăcut din toate punctele de vedere: amabilitatea personalului, modul de prezentare și, mai ales, gustul mâncării. Totul a fost foarte bine pregătit.

Cons:

În zona SPA cred că ar fi nevoie de puțin mai multă atenție la curățenie, în special în zona toaletelor.
De asemenea, saltelele de pe șezlonguri ar merita verificate și igienizate mai atent. Pe partea interioară a unora dintre ele am observat urme albicioase , vizibile atunci când salteaua era întoarsă.
