Pros:

I have never really seen such dirty accommodation. The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded but nothing has come to date, which is why I decided to share my experiences with you. I am being ignored by Fatih Bey and that means for me my money will not come back.

Ich habe wirklich nochnie soeine dreckige unterkunft gesehen. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich bemüht aber es hat nichts gebracht einen Zimmerservice gibt es nicht und wir mussten am Tag der Ankunft auch wieder abreisen da wir mit Baby und Kleinkind in soeiner dreckigen Unterkunft nicht bleiben konnten. Der Manager Fatih sagte mir das er mir den zweiten Tag nicht berechnen würde und es 1 monat dauern würde bis ich den Bezahlten tag zurück erstattet bekomme. am 24.8 habe ich bezahlt und gebucht am 28.8 war ankunft und abreise der 29.8 sollte zurückerstattet werden doch bis heute kam nichts weshalb ich mich entschieden habe euch meine erfahrungen mitzuteilen. Ich werde von Fatih Bey ignoriert und das heisst für mich mein geld wird nicht zurückkommen. Passt auf die unterkunft ist dreckig und glaubt denen kein wort.
