Location fantastic town with lots of history

Cons:

Car parking was moved due to a local market. But it wasn’t a major issue. Staff were excellent at keeping us informed.

Dzień przed przyjazdem dostałem telefon od osoby nie mówiącej po angielsku i jedyne co zrozumiałem to wydzieranie się słowa stop. Potem w wiadomości napisano po włosku zmień hotel. Wszystko po tym jak zapytałem się jak się zameldować. Nie rozumiem, hotel opłacony, a tu takie traktowanie klienta. Zapytałem się po pobycie o co chodziło to nie dostałem odpowiedzi. Oczywiście zapytałem na booking bo osobiście nie mam zamiaru rozmawiać z niezrownowazonymi psychcznie osobami. Jeszcze by mi kazali opuścić hotel w trakcie pobytu, nie wiadomo na co ich stać. Pokój zimny, nie dawał rady nagrzać się, lezianka zapchany odpływ
