Pros:

予約しているのにチェックインに時間がかかりました。朝食の案内がありませんでした。隣の部屋の声がうるさくて、何度も目が覚めました。シャワーは温度が上がるのに時間がかかるし、水圧が弱いです。

Çalışanlar iyi niyetli saygılı ve yardımseverdi fakat maalesef odaların ısıtma sistemi kötüydü(Bu tamamen otel sahibinin problemi).
Klimalar bozuk kaloriferler sağlıklı çalışmıyordu gece iki yorganla yatmama rağmen çok üşüdüm ve hasta oldum. Sağolsun çalışan arkadaşlar ekstra ısıtıcı getirdilerde durumu bir nebze olsun düzelttik.
