Nagyon kedves, figyelmes személyzet.

Cons:

Beázott sajnos utolsó naponreggelre a szobánk és ömlött be kintről az ablak "szigeteléséből" befelé a víz.

Erholung und Entspannung total,
Pros:

Das Hotel ist recht klein (geschätzt 30 Zimmer, alle mit Balkon und Terrasse) und liegt direkt an der felsigen Küste. Man kann schön draußen sitzen, auch zu den Mahlzeiten.
Die Mitarbeitenden sind ausgesprochen herzlich und freuen sich wirklich, wenn sie den Gästen die Wünsche erfüllen können, ehe sie überhaupt ausgesprochen werden.

Amazing, very happy.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the pool and views were great and they really went above and beyond to make my fiancées 40th birthday an evening to remember with a decorated table with views for our evening dinner.

Good price out of season stay with attractive views and attentive staff
Pros:

Fab view from our double aspect room/balcony
Attractive space.
Very attentive/ friendly staff.
All requests made prior to arrival were honoured.

Cons:

Why no signposting/advertising of hotel?? Drivers unable to locate the hotel even when close by!
Felt tired and in need of maintenance improvements.
No handrails on stairs from reception area, or from landing to glass floor corridor - felt unsafe for less youthful legs.
Very poor lighting in the room, designed for ambience rather than practicality.
Bathroom overwhelmingly hot due to wall of glass, would benefit from blinds to shield from the intensity of the sun.
A/C in main room not efficient enough to cool the room, had to stand in one place to benefit.

Pros:

Very spacious rooms. Comfortable bed with great bathroom and shower. Direct access to the pool from room. Beautiful views. Good location, within walking distance to main part of town. Lovely staff in bar and restaurant. Would happily recommend

Definitely a must stay if you are traveling to Galle and Unawatuna
Pros:

The location is really good. The sea is within walking distance from the room.
The room was very clean and tidy.
Both dinner and breakfast were good. The food was exceptional.
The staff were great, very friendly.
We're looking forward to coming back.

Cons:

At the table, the staff forgot to serve water to drink and the side plate to the table, and we had to ask them to give it to us.

Pros:

The staff at this beautiful hotel were amazing. So attentive to our every need. Nothing was a problem. Great pools. Rooms fantastic and spacious. Loved it. We stayed 7 days. Very affordable for what you get. Highly recommend.

Pros:

An absolute paradise! The hotel features two pristine, excellent swimming pools. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional every single day. Our room was incredibly spacious with ultra-comfortable beds. Best of all, the ocean views directly from the room were out of this world! Every staff member we encountered—including the front desk team, the hotel manager, and the food and beverage manager—was incredibly warm and attentive.
