Pros:

Praktisch erstattet, sauber, zentral, unkompliziertes Bedienen

Cons:

Konnte einmalig die 2te Tür weder mit Code noch mit App öffnen. Die Lösung kam durch die Mitbewohner die gerade zu gleichem Zeitpunkt das Gebäude betreten wollten. Es gibt kein Personal an Ort und Stelle und hätte in den Mails eine WhatsApp Kontaktnummer suchen müssen oder durch das KI Helpassistant mich beraten lassen... ob das geklappt hätte am Abend nach den Arbeitszeiten?

New apartments in an unbeatable location
Pros:

Small, but completely new and clean apartment close to Markhalle. Check-in&out with a clear and useful app.

Cons:

The extra bed (sofa bed) is of extremely poor quality, ridiculous for this type of apartment.

Gelungener Aufenthalt, trotz erster Bedenken

Ich kann die Unterkunft von LimeHome nicht bewerten, da uns 1 Stunde vor Check In die Unterkunft storniert wurde. Der Grund waren unvorhergesehene Mängel der gebuchten Unterkunft. Aber!!!! LimeHome hat uns angeboten eine andere Unterkunft zu bezahlen, die bis zu dem 3 fachen Betrag, den wir bezahlt haben, kosten darf. Wir hatten Glück und haben noch ein gutes Hotelzimmer gefunden. Die Rückzahlung der Kosten hat auch wunderbar geklappt ( nach ca. 10 Tagen) Ich bewerte daher alles in allem LimeHome mit gut, obwohl wir die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht bekommen haben, sondern eine bessere. Es war zwar sehr kurzfristig aber den Kundenservice war sehr gut 👍

Pros:

The location is excellent, it could not have been better. The apartment looked nice. Also, we had a calm stay in the apartment, there was no noise at all.

Cons:

The kitchenette was poorly equipped, and the sofa very uncomfortable. Also, there was a lot of light in the mornings because of inadequate shading. And it would have been better if the living room and bedroom areas are separated, while in fact they were in the same room.
