Pas grand chose, l’extérieur est sympa.

Cons:

L’emplacement n’est pas idéal, il n’y a pas grand-chose autour. La salle de bain et la chambre étaient très sales, déchets, sol qui colle, eau partout…
Les personnes dans la chambre n’étaient absolument pas respectueuses : réveil à 2h30 du matin en faisant un bruit pas possible et deuxième nuit pareil à 4h30 du matin.

Pros:

The bed and bathroom are very clean. The geographical location is also in the city center. There are many restaurants nearby.

Cons:

1.There is no online contact information in the hotel. Only the phone. This is a problem for those who can't make calls with the SIM card or are not good at English.
2. The front desk is often absent from the post. No patience. She looked at me as if I shouldn't have been there.

Staff friendly.

Cons:

Location not great. Too far out for touristy activities.
Room very dirty. A lot of ants in bed and on floor, which lead to multiple insect bites during stay.
Paint fell from ceiling in bathroom.
Added charges (tax) added to bill at end of stay and also to food that was bought on premises.

Pros:

Le personnel était extrêmement attentif et aux petits soins. Suite à un problème de bus nous sommes arrivés a 5h30 à l'hôtel et on nous a permis de nous installer directement dans notre chambre sans aucun supplément.

Le soir, les cuisines ont été ouvertes juste pour nous et nous nous sommes régalées.

La court intérieure est très agréable.

Je recommande chaudement cet établissement!

Pros:

Restaurant/homestay with amazing scenery and top notch food. Everything is clean, even the common restroom is surprisingly clean and pleasant.
Pizzas are amazing, Nutella pizza is a must-try.
Room is quite spacious.

Cons:

The room didn't have enough natural light and no TV. Most annoying thing is mosquitoes coming in at night esp after rain, they were a real bother.

Exceptional
Pros:

I spent there 3 nights. If you rent a scooter its convieniently placed between Trang An and Tam Coc. Relaxing place, friendly staff and good food :)
